Some structural (1) and physical (2) features of InSe make it interesting for heat conductivity investigation. That is why we have studied the heat conductivity of InSe single crystals over the range 100 to 600 K in different crystallographic directions. physica status solidi 28 additional thermal resistance in the direction parallel to the c-axis.
