The Belt and Road" strategy puts forward new requirements and challenges for safety engineering talents. As the guarantee of enterprise's safety production, the reform and development of its international talent training are in urgent need. This paper analyzes the ability demand of internationalized safety engineering talents, and constructs an internationalized safety engineering talent training system from the aspects of training objectives, curriculum system, training approaches, teaching methods and faculty construction, so as to provide reference for the internationalized safety engineering talent training against the background of "The Belt and Road".
Combining with the new requirements of the Ministry of Education for the construction of "New Engineering Education", it is proposed that dynamic innovation is the correct choice for professional education, the docking of production and education is the only way to train the practical talents. The integration of internationalization is the development direction of engineering education. Combining the exploration and practice of the transformation development of the safety engineering profession, pointed out that based on economic development, which must construct a new model of cooperative education, build a new platform for education of creation and innovation, introduce a new strategy for classroom education, and present new initiatives for international talent training. Abstract-The education of the safety engineering is not only the major way to cultivate the professional talents, but also the basis of the safety science development. The paper introduces the development of safety science and engineering in the Chinese colleges. In order to overcome the limitation of the employment of our safety engineering graduated students, depended on the superiority of safety science and engineering in the Wuhan University of Science and Technology, the reform measures are proposed. That is transforming the single professional talents cultivation mode to composite cultivation. They contain that constructing 1+5 theory teaching system, establishing multi-dimensional the experimental curriculum and platform, and cultivating the innovation ability of students. The object is to cultivate composite talents at the viewpoint of comprehensive safety discipline.
