Die (Über-)Komplexität des Hier und Jetzt einer Situation geht über Motive der personalen Akteure und deren Beziehungen hinaus und wird zusätzlich aufgeladen durch Einflüsse organisationaler Kontexte und die Sinnkonstruktionen von deren Referenzsystemen. Diese Sichtweise brachte Herbert Euschen dazu, in seinem Ansatz der Situationsdynamik den personalen Aspekt des Ich mit dem Wir einer sozialen Situation zu verbinden und diese im Kontext von Sachaspekten, die Beziehungen unmittelbar beeinflussen, zu betrachten. Diese Betrachtung wird in die Sinn-Konstruktion eines Beobachters unter dem Aspekt Intentionalität eingebettet. Die Dynamik der Situation wird in Differenz gesetzt zur Struktur des Alltags, so dass sich die Konturierung der Situation als System nur in der relevanten Umwelt Alltag denken lässt. Die jeweiligen (sozial-)phänomenologischen Ansätze Habitus, kollektive Deutungsmuster, Gesellschaft als Lebens- und Systemwelt und Diskursanalyse werden mit systemtheoretischen Überlegungen in Bezug gesetzt und so die Handlungslogiken rekonstruiert, die Situationen dynamisieren.
