El estudio determinó la relación entre la gestión institucional y la planificación estratégica en una Institución Educativa Emblemática pública de la ciudad de Jaén, distrito Jaén, Región Cajamarca en el contexto de la pandemia COVID-19. Cuyo enfoque cuantitativo de corte transversal, no experimental, correlacional descriptiva, permitió trabajar con una población conformada por 59 participantes de la Institución Educativa entre junio a octubre, 2020, utilizándose dos instrumentos para el recojo de datos, validados por el Ministerio de Educación con escala Likert, cuya confiabilidad dio como resultado 0.882 para Planificación estratégica y 0,915 para Gestión Institucional. Los resultados evidencian relación entre las dos variables al aplicar el estadístico de Rho de Spearman, el cual mostró un valor de 0.994 indicando con ello una correlación positiva muy fuerte, así como se determinó que existe una relación en el planeamiento y comunicación, en un alto nivel de relación positiva fuerte, permitiendo una gestión eficiente en la Institución Educativa Jaén de Bracamoros.

The study estimated the shelf life of roasted and ground specialty coffees in bi-laminated and tri-laminated packaging concerning cup score, using the Acceleration Test at temperatures of 40, 50, and 60°C. The sensory evaluation was carried out by Q Grader tasters. Based on the higher value of the coefficient of determination of the regressions resulting from the cup and temperature profiles, it was determined that the order of the reaction was of the first order, with a second regression adjusted to the Arrhenius equation.
