« Bienvenue dans l’au-delà. Vous venez de mourir et nous allons traiter votre dossier… » Les morts sont-ils vraiment morts ? Et s’ils ne le sont pas vraiment, quel genre d’accueil les attend « là-haut » ? À ces questions immémoriales, ce texte prétend donner d’utiles réponses teintées d’humour noir. Nous suivons les aventures kafkaïennes d’un modeste salarié en « burn out », passé soudain de l’autre côté du miroir. Aspiré par un tunnel de lumière, selon le rituel connu, il va devoir répondre aux questions d’un examen de passage sélectif rigoureux s’il veut prétendre à la béatitude. Un mortel averti en vaut deux : mieux vaut se préparer à l’avance aux arcanes célestes…

Dans cette interview, Annick de Souzenelle raconte comment elle s’est lancée dans la traque du « message contenu dans la maladie » à travers la relecture des textes bibliques dans leur dimension symbolique. Elle montre comment sa découverte de correspondances étonnantes entre le schéma du corps humain et l’Arbre de Vie des Kabbalistes l’a poussée à décrypter la souffrance comme une ardente et conflictuelle « percée de l’être ». S’écartant du dualisme entre le « Bien » et le « Mal », le corps et l’esprit, cette ex-psychothérapeute préfère parler d’« accompli » et d’ « inaccompli ». Elle prend notamment exemple sur les textes de la Genèse et le sacrifice d’Isaac, pour étayer sa conviction personnelle : le chemin de vie de chacun est une « montée de sève de l’arbre de la connaissance qui conduit vers l’accomplissement », ce qui implique que nous soyons véritablement les auteurs de nos vies.
Vital pour permettre au tout petit enfant de se différencier de sa mère et d’élaborer ses sentiments d’abandon ou de rage narcissique, le jeu peut prendre une autre dimension thérapeutique par la voie du clown créateur. Manifeste dans l’enceinte hospitalière avec les enfants, cette dimension s’exerce différemment avec des adultes souvent rigidifiés dans leur système de défense organisé. Improviser dans l’espace vide avec le nez rouge permet cependant aux “grandes” personnes de s’ouvrir à tous leurs possibles en éclairant leurs vieux scénarios répétitifs et leur part d’ombre par d’autres voies que dans la psychothérapie traditionnelle. Le Gestalt thérapeute est des plus affûté pour accompagner ce type de travail, par l’accent qu’il met sur trois points clés : l’importance du métalangage psycho-corporel de la personne, le respect dû à ses défenses et l’accent mis sur le processus du mode d’être au monde plus que sur le strict contenu langagier. Guidé par son centre ressource corporel et inspiré par son âme, le clown créateur assume sa liberté existentielle en proclamant sa vérité dans toutes les dimensions de son humanité.
L’auteur est parti en retraite sur un îlot breton dénué de tout « psy ». Le praticien Gestaltiste qu’il reste s’interroge : va-t-il reprendre du service pour rompre l’isolement des îliens ou bien se vouer à contempler l’infinitude de l’océan ? Entre les deux, son cœur balance. Il a apporté ici toute sa bibliothèque de « psy », son cabinet est installé. Se jeter à l’eau, oui. Mais dans quelle posture et vers quel horizon ? Sur l’ajustement créateur et une posture à inventer, une méditation poétique et forte.
