<p>En este estudio se exploran factores de clima laboral y riesgos psicosociales y la manera como estos afectan a la felicidad organizacional. Para esto se midieron tres variables (felicidad, clima laboral y riesgos psicosociales) con sus respectivas dimensiones en una muestra de 107 trabajadores de una institución educativa de la ciudad de Los Ángeles, Chile. Se aplicaron tres escalas previamente validadas en el medio nacional y se clasificaron los niveles de felicidad en rangos altos y bajos, igualmente se aplicó modelo probit binomial para establecer las relaciones entre las variables de clima organizacional y riesgos psicosociales. Los principales resultados se asocian a que los altos niveles de felicidad organizacional se explican por trabajos con altos estándares de desempeño, en donde se refuerce positivamente al trabajador y exista flexibilidad con las necesidades familiares. </p>
Propósito:Esta investigación analiza el efecto moderador del capital psicológico positivo sobre el acoso laboral y la felicidad subjetiva en una muestra de trabajadores de la provincia de Biobío, Chile. Metodología: La investigación es de carácter cuantitativa, no experimental, transversal y correlacional. Consideró una muestra no probabilística por conveniencia de 96 trabajadores pertenecientes a una cadena de supermercado de la provincia de Biobío, Chile. Se utilizó una matriz correlacional y modelo de moderación moderada.Resultados: Los resultados muestran que (a) el acoso laboral tiene un efecto negativo sobre la felicidad subjetiva y (b) el género y el capital psicológico moderan la relación entre los dos: interacción de vías y tres vías. Asimismo, el acoso tiene diferentes efectos sobre la felicidad según el nivel de capital psicológico que posean hombres o mujeres.Implicaciones: Los resultados permiten entender, a las empresas y a los encargados de recursos humanos, la importancia de invertir en el desarrollo del capital psicológico positivo y en la felicidad de los trabajadores para así disminuir la presencia y la sintomatología asociada al acoso laboral. Originalidad: La relevancia radica en estudiar el capital psicológico positivo y la felicidad en su relación con el acoso laboral, aumentando de esta forma el desarrollo teórico de estas variables noveles que provienen de la psicología positiva. De igual manera, no existen estudios de estas características a nivel nacional y latinoamericano que muestran como estas variables pueden disminuir la presencia y la sintomatología asociada al acoso laboral.
