ABSTRAK Mahasiswa lulusan kebidanan perlu dipersiapkan untuk terjun ke masyarakat dalam berbinis atau berkarier. Kebutuhan akan pemahaman literasi keuangan dan kemampuan berkomunikasi di tempat mereka akan bekerja sangat dibutuhkan. Karena itu kegiatan ini bertujuan mengedukasi literasi keuangan dan memberikan pelatihan komunikasi terapeutik. Target program ini adalah mahasiswa dan dosen STIK Sint Carolus berjumlah dua puluh orang. Melalui metode tutorial dan diskusi, peserta kegiatan ini menyambut baik dan antusias materi yang disajikan karena relevan dengan kebutuhan mereka saat ini dan masa depan. Mahasiswa mempunyai peluang karier yang besar untuk menjadi wirausahawan dalam bidang pengelolaan klinik kebidanan. Begitu pula mereka akan melayani pasien dan bekerja sama dengan sesama bidan atau dokter untuk menjadi bidan yang terampil. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya minat peserta untuk memahami lebih dalam tentang literasi keuangan dan komunikasi terapeutik. Kata Kunci: Literasi Keuangan, Komunikasi Terapeutik, STIK Sint Carolus. ABSTRACT Students are an asset to be prepared to enter the workplace as a businessman or get the high career. The need for an understanding of financial literacy and the ability to communicate in their world of work is urgently needed. Therefore this activity aims to educate financial literacy and provide therapeutic training. The target of this program is twenty students and lecturers of STIK Sint Carolus. Through tutorial and discussion methods, participants in this activity welcomed and were enthusiastic about the material presented because it was relevant to their needs today and in the future. Students have great career opportunities to become entrepreneurs in the management of midwifery clinics. Likewise, they will serve patients and work together with peers or doctors to become professionals. This activity showed the participants' interest in understanding more deeply about financial literacy and therapeutic communication. The purpose of this research is to analysis how business model canvas can be applied to photography business, and to know its financial feasibility, especially from the point of view Net Present Value (NPV) and Payback Period." TAP Studio" is the name of anew photography business, that is a house production, producing video and photography., with total investment amounting to Rp. 150.000.000. The research was conducted in June 2017 -December2017 using data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and secondary research. It can be concluded that Canvas Business Model can be applied to a photography industry, and its financial feasibility, especially in term of Net Present Value is feasible, because its NPV is positive IDR 491.199.909. Furthermore, the Payback Period is 2 years and 8 months.
Objective - The aim of this study is to identify how the strategy of online businesses can be improved to increase financial profits. The focus of this study is on online businesses selling flowers, taking into consideration the fact that the freshness of flowers does not last long, and that the price and quality of flowers fluctuates depending on climatic conditions. Methodology/Technique - The data used in this research is primary data, obtained by distributing questionnaires for market research, tested against 57 respondents. The respondents were selected using non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. The results of the validation test r count > r table, with 5% significance, shows that businesses providing flower arrangements are in high demand. Findings - The results of the model business identification canvas and the profit and loss projections indicate that the choice of the business strategy series for cut flowers on each element is accurate. The results of the analysis of the strengths and threats also identifies that selling price varies depending on the types of flowers used in an arrangement, and accessories used. Novelty - This research studies how the types of flowers used, the design of an arrangement, accessories used, packaging, and family ownership of a business can effect the interest of potential customers in the Fiore shop in Afrodite.
