OBJETIVO: analisar as evidências científicas sobre o comprometimento da integralidade da pessoa idosa após os casos de violência durante a pandemia de COVID-19 MÉTODO: Revisão integrativa dos artigos nas bases de dados Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS), SCIELO (Scientific Eletronic Library Online), LILACS (Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde), BDENF (Base de Dados da Enfermagem), PubMed, publicados nos últimos cincos anos, a partir dos descritores: Maus-tratos ao idoso (Elder Abuse), Idoso (Aged), Violência (Violence), Pandemia por COVID-19 (COVID-19 pandemic). Para aprimoramento, utilizou-se o fluxograma PRISMA. RESULTADOS: Foram identificados 5 artigos que proferem que os casos de violência contra a pessoa idosa tiveram grande aumento na pandemia devido ao isolamento social, onde afetam a integralidade da pessoa idosa por meio dos aspectos físicos, psicológicos e sociais. CONCLUSÃO: O estudo traz grande relevância para o cenário atual e para os setores interessados nos casos de violência contra a pessoa idosa que possuem um aumento considerável na sociedade atual, sobretudo em tempos de pandemia.
