Intravitreal anti-vascular endothelial growth factor monotherapy was a valid option for retinal angiomatous proliferation. Stable or improved visual acuity was obtained in 95% and 100% of eyes at 2 years and 3 years, respectively.
Indocyanine green angiography enabled the identification of different choroidal abnormalities related to the ocular disease duration. The presence of some ICG findings undetectable with FA suggests that ICG and FA are complementary means to diagnose and monitor ocular vascular involvement in patients with Behçet disease.
