<p>This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of accounting knowledge and experience effort towards the development of a mediation effort with the use of accounting information on the perpetrators of the UKM. Research conducted in the village of Tanjung Rejo Medan Sunggal in 2019.This research is quantitative research associate. Population and sample of this research is 40 principals with UKM error rate of 5%. Types and sources of data that dikumulkan is quantitative data and secondary data by analyzing the use test, test the normality assumption linieritas and using path analysis. The conclusions of the results of this study are: 1) influential accounting knowledge against the use of accounting information, whereas business experience has no effect against the use of accounting information accounting knowledge, 2) knowledge of accounting and business experience a positive effect towards enterprise development, and 3) accounting knowledge and business experience have indirect influence through the use of accounting information to the development effort.</p>
<p>The purpose of this research is to know the influence of confidence and determination towards entrepreneurship. The data in this study consists of primary data obtained through questionnaires while the secondary data obtained through the village new terrain Medan Denai. The data obtained are then processed and analyzed with statistical test of Chi-Square in order to be retrieved if there is influence of confidence and determination towards entrepreneurship. The results showed: 1) majority of Entrepreneurship with the category both as much as 48 (52.7%) and the category less obtained 43 (47.3%), 2) the confidence of the majority of the categories less as much as 47 (51.6%) and the category strong retrieved 44 (48.4%), 3) the determination of the majority with a low category as many as 57 (62.6%) and higher category obtained 34 (37.4%), 4) confident effect on entrepreneurship with a value of p = 0.000. 5) determination to entrepreneurship with the value p = 0.028. Of research results obtained then expected society that entrepreneurship can instill a strong determination and has high confidence in entrepreneurship as well as Assistant researchers furthermore expected to be developed by adding some of the variables. It is based on that there are several factors that affect entrepreneurship.</p>
The stunting rate of children under the age of two in Indonesia increased by 3.8% from the year of 2016 to 2018. Stunting in children, besides having an impact on children's growth and development, also results in economic losses because physical growth failure reduces productivity. Cognitive failure causes decreased performance in school, so that increase health care costs. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between pregnancy check-ups and the consumption of blood-supplemented tablets (TTD) in pregnant women with stunting ≥ 90 tablets in Indonesia by analyzing the 2013’ Riskesdas data. The final analytical sample was 11,029 aged 0-2 years in all provinces in Indonesia. Statistical analysis was performed with chi-square at a significance level of 5%. Stunting children 0-23 months in Indonesia is 33.3%. Chi-square analysis showed that there was a relationship between standardized antenatal care and consumption of TTD in pregnant women 90 tablets with stunting in children aged 0-23 months (p<0.05). Mothers who do not carry out standardized pregnancy check-ups have a 1.03 times risk of having stunting children compared to mothers who carry out standardized antenatal care. Mothers who took TTD <90 tablets had a 1.05 times chance of having stunting children compared to mothers who took TTD 90 tablets. <em>This study aims to analyze venture capital's effect on entrepreneurial attitudes in Tanjung Rejo Village, Medan. This type of research is quantitative associative research. The population in this study is all entrepreneurs in the area of Tanjung Rejo Village, Medan. The sample using the Slovin formula obtained by 58 respondents with the sampling technique is simple random sampling. The data were obtained using a questionnaire by first testing the validity and reliability. The data were obtained using a questionnaire by first testing the validity and reliability. Data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests first, then hypothesis testing was carried out. The results of the study found that business capital had an effect on entrepreneurial attitudes and the parental role moderated the impact of venture capital on entrepreneurial attitudes.</em>
The problem that has always been in the government's spotlight is the low number of jobs, so the solution is entrepreneurship. Many food and beverage business people ignore business planning and recording so that it has an impact on the slow and even undeveloped business they run. Therefore, someone who is an entrepreneur needs a business plan and records in order to achieve success in entrepreneurship. The purpose of this study was to determine “The Influence of Business Planning and Records on Entrepreneurial Success. This research is an associative quantitative study with the population being all food and beverage entrepreneurs in Tanjung Rejo Village and the sample is a total population of 57 respondents. The research instrument used was a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that business planning and records have an effect on entrepreneurial success. In connection with the results of this study, it is recommended to all people who want to be entrepreneurs and especially entrepreneurs to always make good plans and keep records of every business activity that is carried out.
