Este artículo tiene como objetivo un análisis etnográfico de las experiencias cotidianas de titulares del programa Ellas Hacen. Siguiendo las contribuciones de miradas antropológicas de la política, se procura focalizar en las prácticas de aquellas personas hacia quienes los programas están dirigidos. En sus interacciones cotidianas, las titulares producen colectivamente arreglos dirigidos a resolver múltiples problemas cotidianos y construyen horizontes de vida que trascienden las formulaciones de la política y se articulan con experiencias previas.
Este artículo recupera resultados de una investigación etnográfica desarrollada junto a integrantes de cooperativas creadas a partir del programa Argentina Trabaja pertenecientes al Movimiento Evita dentro de la Confederación de Trabajadores de la Economía Popular. Poniendo en suspenso los interrogantes acerca de los márgenes de “autonomía” o “dependencia” de las organizaciones frente al Estado y los debates sobre el clientelismo; procuro analizar los sentidos concretos que las personas le otorgan a su participación en las cooperativas. Sostengo que, aunque el trabajo en las cooperativas constituya un requisito que desde la planificación estatal se define como necesario para permanecer como titulares, la “obligatoriedad” no agota el sentido que formar parte de estos espacios tiene para las personas, ni define de forma directa los comportamientos esperados entre compañeros. Así pretendo arribar a una conceptualización de la participación que no la reduzca a una mera adhesión individual a un espacio colectivo ni a la realización de un conjunto estanco de tareas. Busco mostrar que aquello que se entiende por participación y el sostenimiento de las condiciones que la hacen posible concierne un proceso de construcción colectiva que compromete a las personas unas con otras, trabajando sobre las emociones y disputando imágenes morales.
Este artículo propone un abordaje etnográfico de las prácticas políticas colectivas desarrolladas por mujeres titulares del programa “Argentina Trabaja” considerando la relación entre las formas de organización puestas en marcha por las cooperativas y aquello que sucede en las viviendas –su construcción, reforma y movimientos–. Dialogando con abordajes antropológicos sobre las casas, se planteará que aquello que las personas producen colectivamente a partir de un programa estatal y del desarrollo de prácticas de militancia se materializa en transformaciones en las viviendas y en la circulación de objetos entre quienes las habitan. Se propone contribuir a una reflexión más amplia en torno a los modos en que se define qué es la “política” y cuál es el sentido que la participación en modalidades de organización colectiva tiene en las vidas de las personas.
Este artículo analiza los modos en que mujeres inscriptas en el Ellas Hacen construyen cotidianamente su “participación” en el programa. Recuperando una serie de estudios sobre prácticas políticas de sectores populares y la conceptualización de la política colectiva como un hacer juntos(as), (Fernández Álvarez, 2016) se propone que la obligatoriedad de asistir a una serie de actividades propuestas por un programa estatal es vivenciada colectivamente por quienes son consideradas sus “destinatarias”. A partir de la reconstrucción etnográfica de discusiones en torno a la “participación” y de la circulación de chismes, se propone que la unidad como valor moral opera como un aspecto clave en la construcción de prácticas políticas colectivas en estos espacios.
En este trabajo, se analizan los modos en que se define, vivencia y valoriza el trabajo en experiencias de organización colectiva de la economía popular. Partimos de poner en diálogo resultados de dos investigaciones etnográficas desarrolladas junto a dos organizaciones nucleadas en la Confederación/Unión de Trabajadores de la Economía Popular. Mientras que los estudios sobre estas experiencias señalaron que la apelación a un sujeto trabajador constituyó la base del proceso de formulación de demandas por derechos hacia el Estado, aquí buscaremos dar cuenta del modo en que la construcción de una definición ampliada del trabajo permea las prácticas cotidianas de quienes integran las organizaciones. Recuperando perspectivas antropológicas que propusieron repensar el trabajo más allá de modelos económicos hegemónicos y aportes de la economía feminista, buscaremos mostrar que tanto las prácticas desarrolladas en las unidades productivas como sus modos de interactuar con el Estado evidencian la imbricación de lo que habitualmente se conceptualiza como productivo y reproductivo, laboral y comunitario, y dan lugar a una reinvención de aquello que se entiende como “trabajo” y en particular como trabajos que valen o son considerados “productivos”. Sostenemos que estas formas de valorizar, jerarquizar y disputar qué es trabajo y qué trabajos son socialmente relevantes constituye la base de la reivindicación del valor de quienes los llevan adelante en su lucha por el reconocimiento de sus derechos.
