En la actualidad, la globalización está marcando un nuevo mundo sin fronteras, donde la competencia en el mercado de hortalizas se hace más intensa y se requiere ser más innovador y competitivo para permanecer en el mercado. Las nuevas formas de organización en el trabajo representan una ventana abierta a fomentar y crear las condiciones del trabajo colaborativo y del intercambio de ideas para lograr la innovación organizacional, pieza clave para hacer frente a los retos que presenta el entorno mundial. Entre los principales autores que analizan las nuevas formas de organización destacan Heyderbrand (1989), Clegg (1990) Rivas (2002) y por la innovación se encuentran Damanpour y Evan (1999) y Coopey (1997). El objetivo de este artículo consistió en analizar las nuevas formas de organización que presenta la Empresa Hortícola Sinaloense en el proceso de innovación. Metodológicamente este estudio es una investigación documental bajo un enfoque analítico. Se concluye que alrededor del 75% de las empresas hortícolas en Sinaloa adoptan un modelo tradicional de producción y comercialización, que en su esencia no generan una innovación que los ayude a ser competitivos.
A varias décadas de la aparición del constructo de la Responsabilidad Social (RS), sigue en evolución, sin embargo, los autores siguen cubriendo diferentes aspectos, durante la contingencia sanitaria por COVID-19la RS se ha movido hacia una perspectiva empresarial con un sentir más humano, más social y más crítico.Desde una perspectiva global, las empresas que fallan en el cumplimiento de sus responsabilidades sociales se han convertido en un fenómeno común, dando paso a lo que algunos autores nombran hipocresía corporativa. Ante este escenario, el presente documento tiene el objetivo de analizar y explicar la relación de hipocresía percibida por el talento humano con la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial desde una perspectiva analítica e interpretativa. Se empleó un análisis descriptivo de literatura de frontera, desde diversos enfoques, giros empresariales y países, que convergen en la misma postura crítica de la Responsabilidad Social entre el decir y el hacer. En este documento se exponen distintas visiones de autores quienes promueven los beneficios que son bandera de convencimiento para tener el enfoque de la Responsabilidad Social, por ello fue necesario analizar la contraparte con puntos de vista de otros autores. Se llega a la conclusión de que la hipocresía corporativa, dentro de las acciones de Responsabilidad Social, solo se podrá evitar con un actuar congruente y de manera permanente por parte de todos los grupos de interés que forman parte de la organización.
La presente obra es producto de los trabajos presentados en el V Congreso Internacional sobre Sustentabilidad, Competitividad y Gestión en las Organizaciones (CISCGO), bajo el lema: “Gestión estratégica: promotora de la sostenibilidad al valor compartido” realizado del 03 al 05 de octubre de 2019 en la ciudad de Mazatlán, Sinaloa, México. Este congreso tuvo como objetivo principal contribuir al análisis y a la reflexión sobre la sustentabilidad, la competitividad y la gestión organizacional. Esta quinta edición ratifica que el CISCGO es un escenario académico en el que se discuten, analizan y proponen soluciones alternativas para los problemas que enfrentan las organizaciones interesadas en ser competitivas y en desarrollar estrategias. Dichas propuestas se desarrollan atendiendo la dimensión social, ambiental y económica, lo que permite crar un espacio de reflexión en torno a los avances y nuevas formas de entender el desarrollo competitivo y sustentable de las organizaciones, con base en las experiencias exitosas a nivel local, nacional e internacional.
