As disputas em torno do conceito de economia solidária: experimentação de uma utopia ou retrocesso na luta dos trabalhadores? Flávio Chedid Henriques 1 Resumo: Neste artigo são apresentadas algumas das discussões conceituais e práticas acerca do que se convencionou chamar de economia solidária a partir de meados dos anos 1990 no Brasil. Aponta para as contribuições de distintas perspectivas teóricas para que se configure um campo em que as experiências de trabalho associado sejam alternativas para a geração de trabalho e renda sem perder de vista as potencialidades críticas que tais práticas possuem com relação às formas atuais de organização do trabalho. Pelo fato de se tratar de um campo em formação, com estrutura de um movimento social, tal debate se faz oportuno por conta das diferentes apropriações feitas por distintos segmentos da sociedade com matrizes ideológicas, por vezes, antagônicas.
A Adequação Sociotécnica (AST) é um conceito consolidado teoricamente, porém parece faltar uma sistematização das metodologias construídas no amadurecimento da sua prática junto a grupos autogestionários; quem se propõe a realizar AST's parece ter que inventar, em um processo que gera angústia. Acreditamos que as experiências recentes do Grupo de Pesquisa em Empresas Recuperadas por Trabalhadores podem colaborar com o desenvolvimento metodológico da AST a partir do referencial da Ergonomia da Atividade e do método da Análise Ergonômica do Trabalho (AET). Entendemos que a AET, como a desenvolvida em uma pesquisa-ação na Fábrica Ocupada Flaskô, se apresenta como um método relevante para a construção de AST, pois permite compreender as lógicas do trabalho real, de como a atividade é desenvolvida nos seus interstícios. Essa análise aprofundada faz emergir os limites e possibilidades da autogestão e, assim, nos permite potencializar sua prática através de uma AST bem referenciada.
RESUMO:
As experiências de recuperação de empresas em autogestão são expressões de resistência das classes trabalhadoras, presentes na história do capitalismo, em vários países. No Brasil, no final de 1980, experiências surgem em período de forte crise relacionada à integração do país aos processos de mundialização da economia e implantação de políticas neoliberais. O fenômeno gerou conquistas no enfrentamento ao desemprego, colocando em prática relações de trabalho e propriedade associativas, abrindo diálogos com universidades e outras lutas sociais. Todavia, o tema alcançou limitadas conquistas em políticas públicas e reduzido espaço no movimento sindical em contexto de crescimento econômico, e o refluxo de experiências caracterizou a última década. No cenário atual de grave crise pandêmica, somada aos retrocessos e violações a direitos humanos, sociais e do trabalho no país, estas experiências assumem relevância. Este artigo, em continuidade a pesquisas anteriores, analisa o panorama das experiências brasileiras, em diálogo com outras experiências latino-americanas.

Este artigo apresenta o caso da empresa argentina Unión Solidaria de Trabajadores (UST) localizada na província de Buenos Aires, município de Avellaneda, ressaltando as inovações na organização do trabalho e na relação com o território do entorno, alcançadas pelos trabalhadores que a recuperaram há mais de dez anos. Baseia-se em duas entrevistas realizadas pelos autores em momentos distintos e em pesquisa documental na qual puderam identiicar potencialidades da experiência autogestionária, assim como suas contradições emum contexto que privilegia as relações mercantis. Trata-se de um estudo exploratório que explicita novas lógicas de organização da classe trabalhadora que emergem em um contexto adverso.
