Abstrak: Kedisiplinan merupakan hal yang berhubungan dengan motivasi. Motivasi sangat diperlukan untuk menumbuhkan sikap disiplin siswa. Siswa-siswi kelas IV SDN I Gondosuli mengalami permasalahan yang mempengaruhi proses belajar dan motivasi belajar siswa. Kurangnya disiplin siswa dalam melakukan pembelajaran saat guru sedang menjelaskan materi, siswa yang sibuk sendiri dan tidak memperhatikan penjelasan guru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendiskripsikan kedisiplinan siswa dalam kegiatan belajar dan mendiskripsikan motivasi siswa dalam belajar di kelas IV SDN I Gondosuli. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif menggunakan metode fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data angket, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan Penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk kedisiplian siswa dalam kegiatan belajar dari angket, wawancara dan observasi terdapat 10 butir soal pengamatan ada 2 soal terendah dalam kegiatan belajarnya menunjukkan tingkatan kedisiplinan yang tinggi. Motivasi belajarnya terdapat 10 butir soal pengamatan ada 4 soal rendah dalam motivasi belajar siswa cenderung rendah pada kegiatan belajar, diantaranya mengenai siswa gugup ketika berpendapat didepan kelas, sikap siswa masih pasif dalam bertanya jawab dan kurang percaya diri dengan jawabannya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa bentuk kedisiplinan siswa dalam kegiatan belajar menunjukkan hasil kriteria tinggi dan motivasi belajar siswa menunjukkan kriteria cenderung rendah.
Immune is one of the important systems in the body that can reduce bacteria, viruses, protozoa into the body and cause disease. Anak Dalam etnic in Bendar Bengkulu is one of the tribes in Musi Rawas Regency who need immunity to use medicinal plants. Each plant has a different processing. Therefore, this study aims to study the processing of plants that contain immunomodulators. The method used in this study is research on Anak Dalam etnic in Bendar Bengkulu. The technique of collecting observation data and interviews with the chiefs. Qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques in which the data obtained are then presented and described the most processing techniques. The results showed that the most processing by boiling. Based on research, it was concluded that each plant has a different processing to remove the compounds in it so that it requires medication.
This study aims to determine the effect of kenikir leaf extract (Cosmos caudatus) on the mortality of Grayak Caterpillars (Spodoptera litura). This type of research is a laboratory experiment, with the design used is a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of five treatments and five replications. The treatments were P0 + as a control, P1 with a concentration of 25%, P2 with a concentration of 50%, P3 with a concentration of 75%, and P4 with a concentration of 100%. Data analysis techniques with steps: normality test, homogeneity test and one way anova test. Research Results, based on the One Way Anava calculation, it was obtained that Fcount = 11.40 with Ftable = 4.43. then it can be stated that the value of Fcount> F table then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. In the BNJ (Honest Significant Difference) test, the significance level of 1% of the effect of kenikir leaf extract on treatment A 25% (P1) was not significantly different from the concentration of 50% (P2) and 75% (P3), and at treatment D 100% (P4 ) is not significantly different from ACD, the treatment E (P0 +) is very significantly different from ABDE. Conclusion, there is a very significant effect of kenikir leaf extract (Cosmos caudatus) on mortality of armyworm caterpillar (Spodoptera litura), the higher the concentration of insecticide given, the higher mortality of armyworm caterpillar.
Infeksi merupakan penyakit pembunuh kedua setelah kardiovaskular yang disebabkan oleh virus, bakteri, protozoa, cacing, dan jamur parasitik yang masuk ke dalam atau permukaan tubuh, sehingga hal inilah yang menjadi alasan pentingnya keberadaan imun di dalam tubuh. Bahan yang dapat memodulasi sistem imun tubuh dikenal dengan imunomodulator. Umumnya masyarakat menggunakan obat sintetis untuk mengembalikan ketidakseimbangan imun, namun penggunaan dalam jangka panjang dampak berdampak buruk bagi tubuh, seperti kerusakan ginjal, hati, dan lainnya. oleh karena itu, salah satu solusi yang diberikan dengan menggunakan tumbuhan obat seperti yang masih dipertahankan oleh Suku Anak Dalam Bendar Bengkulu. Namun, keberadaan tumbuhan ini masih belum didata, sehingga perlu dilakukan tindak lanjut agar dapat diketahui oleh masyarakat umum. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksplorasi yang dimulai dari observasi, wawancara dengan kepala suku serta masyarakat sekitar, dan dokumentasi serta identifikasi dengan menggunakan beberapa referensi yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 40 jenis tumbuhan obat berpotensi imunomodulator.Kata kunci: Imunomodulator, suku anak dalam bendar bengkulu, tumbuhan obat The immunomodulator of plant medicine on suku anak dalam bendar bengkulu. Infection is the second most deadly disease after cardiovascular caused by viruses, bacteria, protozoa, worms and parasite fungi that come inside or surface of the body. It may cause the urgency of immune system in the body. The substance which can modulate immune system is called immunomodulator. Generally people use synthetic medicine to restore immunity damage. However, the long-term use may negatively affect the body, such as causing kidney, heart and other organs damage. Therefore, one of the solutions is by applying medicinal plants like was done by Suku Anak Dalam Bendar Bengkulu. However, the existence of the plants has not recorded yet. Therefore, it needs a further action to inform larger people. The method of the research was through exploration by doing some techniques, such as, observation, interview to the chief of the tribe and surrounding people, and documentation as well as identification by using some relevant references.
