Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) is a chronic systemic inflammatory disease of unknown cause with peripheral joint manifestations. The numbers of Genesis Rheumatoid Arthritis in Indonesia is quite high. RA Pain prevalence in Indonesia reached 25.6% to 35.8%. This figure suggests that pain due to RA already bothersome activity of Indonesia society. The aim of this research is conducted to know the effect find of wet cupping therapy in the area of paint in the back joint to changes in outpatient RA patients in clinics of the year 2018. A quasi-experimental design with One Group Pretestpostest Design without control. The population in this research is the sufferer Rheumatoid Arthritis 30-50 years old visiting Clinics Sukoharjo, with a sample of 16 respondents, purposive Sampling techniques. Wilcoxon test result indicates that there is a difference between pain before with after bekam, based on the result of the statistical test p-value obtained value is a ρ=0,001 (less than 0,05), this means there is a significant influence of wet cupping therapy to changes pain in people with Rheumtaoid Arthitis. Thus, wet cupping therapy can be a solution to reduce joint pain for patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis.
Salah satu komplikasi yang akan muncul setelah tindakan anestesi general adalah hipotermi. Hipotermia perioperatif sering terjadi dan dapat menyebabkan beberapa komplikasi, yang berdampak buruk pada pasien. Dampak negatif hipotermi terhadap pasien, antara lain risiko perdarahan meningkat, iskemia miokardium, pemulihan pasca anestesi yang lebih lama, gangguan penyembuhan luka, serta meningkatnya risiko infeksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui factor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan hipotermi pada pasien pasca general anestesi di Instalasi Bedah Sentral Rumah Sakit Graha Husada Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian: Penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan desain observasi analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel dipilih menggunakan Teknik consecutive sampling sebanyak 30 responden. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada tanggal 3 Mei-29 Juni 2019 dengan menggunakan lembar observasi. Hasil penelitian: Analisis uji uji Chi-Square menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang berhubungan dengan Hipotermi pasca general anestesi adalah usia (p=0,003 ) , dengan IMT (p=0,021) dan lama operasi (p=0,011) dan tidak ada hubungan antara kejadian hipotermi dengan jenis kelamin (p=0,123) di Instalasi Bedah Sentral Rumah Sakit Graha Husada Bandar Lampung. Kesimpulan: ada hubungan antara usia, dan lama operasi.
Abstrak: Pengaruh Jus Mentimun Terhadap Penurunan Tekanan Darah Pada Penderita Hipertensi Hipertensi adalah suatu keadaan dimana seseorang mengalami peningkatan tekanan darah diatas normal yang mengakibatkan peningkatan kesakitan (morbiditas dan angka kematian (mortalitas). Di Indonesia sendiri telah tercatat sebanyak 26,5% telah mengalami hipertensi dari total penduduk Indonesia. Telah banyak upaya yang dilakukan untuk menangani masalah ini, salah satunya ialah dengan mengkonsumsi jus mentimun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsumsi jus mentimun terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Quasy Eksperiment dengan rancangan Non Equivalent Control Group. Teknik pengambilan sampel manggunakan Purposive Sampling sejumlah 22 responden terdiri dari kelompok intervensi dan control. Kelompok intervensi diberikan jus mentimun 2 kali sehari, pagi dan sore hari dengan komposisi buah mentimun murni sebanyak 250 ml. Analisis data menggunakan uji T dependen.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh konsumsi jus mentimun terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi dengan nilai p value 0,000 (p value 0,05). Upaya menurunkan tekanan darah akan lebih baik jika dikombinasikan dengan tindakan lain seperti terapi massage, olah raga rutin dan lain sebagainya agar lebih efektif untuk menurunkan tekanan darah.
