Berdasarkan hasil survey, sebagian kalangan pendidik, dalam membuat dan mempublish sebuah artikel ilmiah yang bereputasi tidak mudah. Hal ini disebabkan karena masih terbatasnya pengetahuan para guru terkait teknik penulisan artikel yang baik dan benar serta kurangnya sumber informasi yang tersedia pada lingkungan pendidikan formal terutama dalam penelusuran dan trik dapat menembus jurnal-jurnal yang bereputasi. Melalui forum workshop, tim pengabdi berupaya memfasilitasi membantu kesulitan guru dalam mempublish sebuah jurnal. Peserta kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah para guru-guru bidang studi SMAN 2 Sungai Penuh sebanyak 18 peserta. Implementasi pelaksaanaan kegiatan menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab, praktek penyusunan dan pendampingan dengan teknik evaluasi penilaian selama proses kegiatan bersifat refleksi, responsif, feedback dan persepsi peserta. Sebelum kegiatan dilakukan, respon peserta mengenai pemahaman tentang menulis jurnal di kategorikan cukup baik, hal ini dikarenakan tidak semua peserta memiliki pengetahuan cara publikasi agar bisa tembus diskala nasional maupun internasional. Setelah diberi pebekalan, diakhir kegiatan para peserta diminta kembali responnya. Hasil menunjukkan rata-rata tingkat pemahaman peserta sudah pada kategori baik. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan guru telah memahami bagaimana membuat jurnal yang baik sehingga bisa publish, ini menunjukkan indikasi jika guru-guru sudah mampu dan siap menghasilkan sebuah jurnal. Improving Highschool Teachers’ Academic Article Publishing Skills in SMAN 2 Sungai Penuh Based on preliminary survey, some educators, in creating and publishing a reputable journal is not easy, this is due to the limited knowledge of teachers regarding good and correct methodological techniques for writing articles and the lack of available sources of information in the formal education environment, especially in tracing and tricks. can be acceptable in reputable journal. Through this workshop forum, the service team seeks to facilitate teachers' difficulties in publishing a journal. The participants of this community service are 18 teachers at SMAN 2 Sungai Penuh, Jambi. The implementation of the activity uses the lecture method, discussion, question and answer, practice of preparation and assistance with evaluation techniques during the activity process which is reflection, responsive, feedback and participant perception. Before the activity was carried out, the participants' responses regarding understanding about journal writing were categorized as quite good, this was because not all participants had knowledge of how to publish so that they could be published on a national or international scale. After being given supplies, at the end of the activity the participants were asked to return their responses. The results show that on average the participants are in the category of good level of understanding, it can be concluded that the teacher already understands how to make a good journal so that it can publish, this shows an indication if the teachers are able and ready to produce a journal.
This service activity aims to increase teacher competence and creativity regarding digital classroom management innovations using Moodle-based LMS. This community service was conducted through training, guidance, and evaluation activities with methods in the form of presentations, demonstrations, practices, and discussions. This service partner was SMAN 11 Muaro Jambi. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire which was analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The results of this service showed that creating a digital learning media platform in the form of a Moodle-based LMS and the average user response through the distribution of questionnaires led that training activities being considered very good and helpful for increasing teacher competence and creativity.
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk (1) menguji efektivitas penurunan potensi learning loss setelah diberi penerapan model pembelajaran flipped classroom-PjBL (2) menguji efektivitas peningkatan hasil belajar mahasiswa setelah diberi penerapan model pembelajaran flipped classroom-PjBL. Subjek uji penerapan model pembelajaran flipped classroom-PjBL merupakan mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Kimia Universitas Jambi pada mata kuliah penilaian proses dan hasil belajar kimia kelas A tahun akademik 2022/2023. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian eksperimen dengan rancangan one-group pretest-posttest design. Pengambilan data diperoleh dengan teknik angket dan soal. Teknik angket digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data potensi learning loss mahasiswa pada mata kuliah penilaian proses dan hasil belajar kimia sebelum dan sesudah penerapan model pembelajaran flipped classroom-PjBL. Teknik soal dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari soal hasil belajar mahasiswa. Soal hasil belajar yang diberikan telah dilakukan uji validasi secara logis yang dipenuhi dengan menyusun kisi-kisi soal dan rubrik penilaian. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan paired samples t test. Hasil penelitian adalah (1) terdapat penurunan yang signifikan terhadap potensi learning loss setelah diberi penerapan model pembelajaran flipped classroom-PjBL (2) terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa setelah diberi penerapan model pembelajaran flipped classroom-PjBL.
