Strategic planning provides operational plans supporting a company to achieve its objectives, which is why it is of great importance and more when it is impossible to achieve the objectives due to a competitive environment without any defined plan, also adding products and changing needs required. Each organization, analyzing its strategic planning, seeks to improve its various areas, emphasizing financial management. Therefore, this research raises the influence of the formulation of the strategic plan in financial management in SMEs using instruments for measuring variables. The variables are consumer, supplier, client, and product of the independent variable and cash flow, indebtedness, profitability, and financing of the dependent variable in order to identify the existence of influence between both variables, in a population. 150 microentrepreneurs from the province of Cañete constitute it. The sample was drawn through a non-probabilistic test, obtaining a sample of 150 micro-entrepreneurs from the province of Cañete.
It is proposed to demonstrate that the millennial 2.0 program significantly influences the technological innovation of the students of the Universidad Nacional de Cañete. It is evidenced that the lack of technical training in the millennial 2.0 entrepreneurship program prevents students from raising awareness, while the application of a test highly motivates the students of the same program, demonstrating that the training significantly influences the program. MSEs that apply strategic planning improve their financial management and have greater control of their resources and an acceptable development in the market where they operate. Technological innovation and constant training in the millennial 2.0 program produce a greater acceptance of the innovation that is given to students and future professionals in such a way that a greater adaptation in technology and student innovation is achieved in universities, this program is directly proportional to technological innovation because the more training on this program, the greater will be their acceptance and motivation to accept the new changes. The present study has a quantitative approach, for this, the survey technique was used and the virtual multifactorial questionnaire was used as an instrument, carried out on 120 students from the university of Cañete of the school of administration, accounting and administration of tourism and hospitality, which consist of four dimensions for each variable. It was obtained from this research article that in millennial Entrepreneurship 2.0 the training helped to raise awareness among the students of the University of Cañete by 70% under the positive effect of the millennial 2.0 program, resulting in an increase of 27.5 % above the average acceptance level, in terms of university technological innovation, the interest of students rises up to 75.0% while the impact on teachers reaches 72.5% after receiving technological innovation training.
Digital education has had consequences on the visual health of teachers and students during the pandemic generating a negative psychological impact, since being so long on the computer generates visual expenditure and therefore the person could present long-term visual problems, so the objective of the research is to determine the syndrome of vision by the use of computers and psychological impact in teachers of a University of the province of Cañete. It is a quantitative, descriptive, correlational, and cross-sectional study, with a total population of 98 teachers providing them with a digital survey with sociodemographic aspects, the Computer Vision Syndrome Questionnaire and the depression, anxiety, and stress scale. In their results, it was observed that 64% (n=57) of teachers have a low level of vision syndrome and a high level of psychological impact. To conclude, it is necessary to take into account the advice to teachers and students on prevention measures on the complications of being on the computer and their consequences.
