mulheres os efeitos da cirurgia de reconstrução mamária na sua vida social. Trata-se de um estudo exploratório, descritivo, de abordagem qualitativa. Participaram do estudo sete mulheres, com faixa etária de 48 a 68 anos, sendo a maioria aposentadas. Para a coleta de dados utilizou-se da entrevista semiestruturada com perguntas norteadoras. A pesquisa foi desenvolvida no Programa de Atenção à Mulher Mastectomizada (PROAMMA) no período de agosto de 2017 a julho de 2018. Os dados foram analisados utilizando-se do método de análise de conteúdo. Foram respeitados os aspectos éticos das pesquisas que envolve os seres humanos, sendo o estudo submetido ao comitê de Ética em pesquisa do Centro Universitário Estácio do Ceará e aprovado com o parecer de n°2.248.929. A partir das falas, foi possível identificar 2 categorias: sentimentos da mulher frente à reconstrução da mama sua aparência e sua vida social e a influência da visão do outro no processo de socialização pósreconstrução mamaria por câncer. As participantes relataram perceber a importância da cirurgia plástica da mama pós-mastectomia por trazer benefícios para a sua vida social.
Introdução: As crianças com deficiência necessitam de uma maior atenção e prestação de cuidados, tarefas que ficam sob responsabilidade, na maioria das vezes, das mães. Objetivo: Investigar o comportamento de mães no cuidado com filhos deficientes. Método: É uma pesquisa desenvolvida através da revisão de escopo (scoping review), baseada no método do Joanna Briggs Institute, no período de novembro de 2021 a fevereiro de 2022, sendo elaborada por meio das bases de dados LILACS, MEDLINE, BDENF e IBECS, totalizando em 11 artigos de 45 encontrados durante a pesquisa nas bases de dados. Resultados: A pesquisa foi realizada a partir da seleção e inclusão dos artigos científicos nas bases de dados, sendo classificados de acordo com ano de publicação e linguagem. Discussão: Foi evidenciado que as mães, por vezes, sentem-se solitárias e sobrecarregadas com o cuidado do filho com deficiência, visto que o cuidado com a criança provoca mudanças na estrutura familiar, acarretando em problemas que aumentam o estresse parental e outras consequências. Frente a isso, as mães adotam inúmeros mecanismos de enfrentamento.
Este estudo teve como objetivo analisar o impacto psicológico da cirurgia plástica em mulheres submetidas à mastectomia. Trata-se de um estudo exploratório, descritivo de abordagem qualitativa. A pesquisa contou com a participação de sete mulheres, devido à saturação dos dados coletados, que se deu através de uma entrevista semiestruturada com perguntas norteadoras. Para a análise dos dados, utilizou-se o método de análise de conteúdo. A partir das falas, foi possível identificar 2 categorias: sentimentos da mulher frente à reconstrução da mama e a influência do outro na percepção da mulher no processo de ressignificar. Na primeira categoria, agruparam-se falas que revelaram os sentimentos das mulheres frente ao processo de reparação da mama nos diversos recursos e procedimentos clínicos e/ou cirúrgico. As entrevistadas relataram sentimentos de medo, insatisfação, vergonha, alegria, sofrimento, satisfação, depressão, perda e dor. Na segunda categoria, as mulheres relataram que o olhar do outro e o apoio das pessoas que as cercam têm um grande peso no processo de enfrentamento da mudança física, e na sua percepção de ver a si próprio. A pesquisa ressaltou a importância da cirurgia plástica da mama pós-mastectomia por trazer benefícios na vida da mulher, na sua aceitação e reconstrução de sua vida após a superação do diagnóstico e tratamento do câncer de mama, mas também questiona quais os sentimentos dessa mulher como um todo frente a esse processo. ABCTRACT This study aimed to analyze the psychological impacts of breast reconstruction surgery in women undergoing breast cancer surgery. The research involved seven mastectomized women submitted to plastic surgery for breast reconstruction. Data collection took place through a semi-structured interview with guiding questions. For the analysis of the data, the content analysis method was used. From the speeches, it was possible to identify two categories: woman's feelings about breast reconstruction and the influence of the other on the woman's perception in the process of resignification. In the first category, statements were grouped that revealed the feelings of women facing the process of breast repair in the various resources and clinical and / or surgical procedures. They reported feelings of fear, dissatisfaction, shame, joy, suffering, satisfaction, depression, loss and much pains. In the second category, the women reported that the gaze of the other and the support of the people that surround them have a great weight in the process of facing physical change, and in their perception of sees herself. These categories elucidate the various feelings, dissatisfaction, fears and overcoming of the new post-surgery moment of breast cancer in their lives.
