Depressive disorders, which can be identified as one of the fastest growing pathologies in the general population, imply a high mortality degree, especially when it comes to suicide. These disorders also occur in great number among teenagers who see it as a way out of a painful, suffering and desperate. That said, this article aims to discuss the risk factors that can cause depression and culminate in suicide among adolescents and young people, and the manifestations associated with these events. This study is characterized as a narrative literature review, completed in a period of four months, in which articles, books and epidemiologic bulletins were used as research material. We identified as main results that the risk factors responsible for depression and suicide among adolescents include not only psychological questions, but biological and physiological as well. At the end of the study, it was concluded that to prevent those risk factors it is necessary not only the active listening, but also the development of projects that promote health, surveillance and integral healthcare attention.
This study aims to emphasize the social aspects related not only to the figure of the adolescent and his adolescent process, but also to the pathology of depression and the relationship with suicidal behavior. In order to reach a broad panorama, an integrative review bibliographic research was carried out and the approach adopted was the qualitative one. As a result, it was found that the social issues surrounding the adolescent are capable of both triggering depression and suicidal behavior in adolescents and influencing the intervention of health professionals with these young people. Thus, it was concluded that there is a great need to break with socially constructed stigmas in order to have qualified care in relation to these adolescents.
Resumo: Este estudo objetivou analisar as práticas de autocuidado femininas e o consumo de produtos voltados para esta finalidade. Para isso foram entrevistadas seis mulheres entre 28 e 37 anos, com filhos e formação superior concluída ou em andamento, residentes na cidade de Santa Maria -RS. Os dados coletados foram trabalhados através da análise de conteúdo. Os resultados demonstraram que o autocuidado e o consumo são desempenhados focando a saúde e a higiene, por vezes colocando o cuidado com os filhos como prioridade. Apesar das mudanças no papel social feminino, a mulher continua sendo a protagonista do ato de cuidar tanto de si como do outro. Palavras-Chaves:Autocuidado; Consumo; Gênero; Contexto Sociofamiliar. From the moisturizer to the glass slipper: Woman's Relation with the Consumption of Products Used in Self-CareAbstract: This study aimed to analyze the female self-care practices along with the consumption of products-oriented to this purpose. In this regard, six women, between 28 and 37 years old, with children and higher education concluded or in progress, Santa Maria -RS inhabitants, were interviewed. The data collected was structured through content analysis. The results showed that self-care and consumption are considered when focusing on health and hygiene, also, sometimes their children cares are put as priority. Despite social female role changes, the woman continues to be the protagonist in the self-care act.
Objective: Analyze the scientific researchs on interprofissional work in mental health. Methods: The integrative review was prepared based on scientific production about the mental health relationship and interprofissionality. The research was carried in the Latin American and Caribbean Health Sciences Literature (LILACS) and Scientific Eletronic Libraly Online (SciELO) in the month of February 2020, as an activity of the Education through Work for Health Program (EWH – Health). Results: Ten articles were selected that met the selection criteria. The selected articles were separated into three main topics: training and field of work, interdisciplinarity in mental health care, and benefits of interprofissionality for mental health. Concluding Remarks: It is important to highlight the distance of the graduation with the practice of Single Health System and the Mental Health field. It is also noticeable the scarcity of studies that address the issue of interprofessionality in the health services, in the articles analyzed it was shown more common interdisciplinary work than interprofessional work. The Interprofessionality proved to be a more adequate model of health work, aiming the integral care of the individual.
ResumoEste estudo procurou compreender as experiências das mulheres que aguardam a adoção do primeiro filho, investigando suas motivações e questionamentos face a situação de adoção. Para isso foram entrevistadas oito mulheres que estão habilitadas para adoção de uma criança, no cadastro da Comarca de Santa Maria/RS. O material obtido foi submetido a uma análise de conteúdo. Observou-se que a adoção de uma criança esteve principalmente relacionada ao conflito gerado pela impossibilidade de gerar um filho. As entrevistadas demonstraram sofrimento frente à referência da gestação não concretizada. Nesse sentido, observa-se uma série de questionamentos dessas mulheres quanto à parentalidade adotiva. Percebe-se que algumas entrevistadas não conseguiram ainda elaborar a impossibilidade de ter um filho biológico, sendo que elementos dessa falta de elaboração transparecem quando relatam as características que desejam no filho adotivo. A idéia de adoção surge então, em um contexto de reparação da situação de infertilidade. Essa questão suscita a necessidade de reflexão sobre o ato de adotar, especialmente pensando nas implicações dessa situação para a saúde mental da criança e da família que a acolhe.
Resumo Objetivo conhecer os desafios da educação interprofissional nas práticas de integração ensino- serviço-comunidade na perspectiva de docentes da área da saúde. Método estudo exploratório descritivo com abordagem qualitativa. A coleta de dados ocorreu entre setembro e dezembro de 2021, em uma Instituição de Ensino Superior da região central do Rio Grande do Sul. Os participantes da pesquisa foram onze docentes coordenadores de estágios no âmbito da saúde coletiva. Os dados foram submetidos à Análise Textual Discursiva. Resultados os dados apontaram como principais desafios os escassos momentos de integração, o espaço físico restrito nos serviços, a resistência de alguns profissionais em trabalhar em equipe e os horários das práticas acadêmicas. Por outro lado, os programas indutores da formação para o Sistema Único de Saúde e a existência de um grupo colegiado de Saúde Coletiva, se mostraram como estratégias de fomento à educação interprofissional. Conclusão conclui-se que a educação interprofissional ainda enfrenta entraves para o seu fortalecimento, contudo, já existem iniciativas que demonstram potencial para a integração ensino-serviço-comunidade. Implicações para a prática o estudo pode contribuir para a identificação dos desafios da educação interprofissional e, assim viabilizar estratégias no contexto da formação e do trabalho em saúde, na perspectiva interprofissional.
Objective to know the challenges inherent to interprofessional education in teaching-service-community integration practices from the perspective of professors in the health area. Method a descriptive and exploratory study with a qualitative approach. Data collection took place between September and December 2021, in a Higher Education Institution from the central region of Rio Grande do Sul. The research participants were eleven professors who coordinate internships in the Collective Health scope. The data were submitted to Discursive Textual Analysis. Results as main challenges, the data pointed out the scarce integration moments, the restricted physical space in the services, some professionals' resistance to work in teams and the schedules of the academic practices. On the other hand, the programs that induce training for the Unified Health System and the existence of a Collective Health collegiate group proved to be strategies to promote interprofessional education. Conclusion it is concluded that interprofessional education still faces obstacles to its strengthening; however, there are already initiatives that demonstrate potential for teaching-service-community integration. Implications for the practice the study can contribute to identifying the challenges inherent to interprofessional education and, thus, enabling strategies in the context of training and work in health, from an interprofessional perspective.
