El trabajo rescata la historia de los dos programas brasileños más recientes, destinados a enfrentar la escasez de vivienda: Minha Casa Minha Vida (PMCMV) y Casa Verde e Amarela (PCVA), y presenta el nivel de inversión gubernamental (técnica y financiera) en cuestión. Al mismo tiempo, describe el estado del arte en relación a los conceptos de sustentabilidad – eficiencia energética en vivienda popular, y agrega herramientas tecnológicas en la aplicación de eficiencia energética en Vivienda de Interés Social. En la metodología se destacan las consultas en fuentes secundarias (artículos en periódicos y anales), documentos gubernamentales y sitios de soporte tecnológico, de los cuales el análisis se encarga de una investigación más precisa sobre el tema. Por tanto, los resultados de la investigación se obtuvieron a través de fundamentos teóricos, pero también a través de la aplicación práctica de métodos BIM (Building Information Modeling) en un proyecto de PMCMV ya construido, para la verificación energética. El estudio concluye por la necesidad de un reciclaje inmediato en la forma de diseñar de las empresas, incorporando BIM como estrategia para generar confort, por más calidad y menos pérdida en la producción y uso de vivienda asequible.

<p>O presente trabalho trata de analisar duas cenas iniciais do diálogo de Platão, o <em>Simpósio</em>, envolvendo a chegada de Sócrates na casa de Agatão. A proposta é examinar como estas duas cenas sinalizam práticas de cuidado de si na antiguidade e, sobretudo, como antecipam questões que serão imprescindíveis para compreensão da leitura da obra como um todo. Ademais, trata-se de verificar como as práticas podem contribuir no processo do conhecimento através do cuidado de si.</p>
