This research uses a qualitative approach and a literature study. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the student learning environment on students' learning motivation. The researcher collected data from this study by collecting and reviewing consistent data from previous researchers. The result of this study is the influence of the environment. The environment greatly impacts the development of students starting from the enthusiasm for learning, values, and even the personality of students where the student environment consists of the family environment, community, school, and friend environment where all of these things can support student achievement and attitudes in receiving learning, the environment is part of the support so that learning can run well and get maximum results.
Abstract Starting from the problem that: Teachers often teach lessons using the lecture method, question and answer so that students feel bored in learning. In the learning process the teacher is active while the students are passive, because student learning is more individual in nature so that the student scores are much below average. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be seen that the results of the planning cycle I meeting I was 68, meeting II increased to 82 and in cycle II meeting I became 89. The results of teacher and student activities in cycle I meeting I were 69, meeting II increased to 81 and cycle II meeting I became 93. Social studies learning outcomes for class IV SDN 15 Patamuan District can be increased by using the Think Pair Share (TPS) Type Cooperative Model. The average results of the assessment of the two aspects of assessment, namely cognitive and affective, are as follows: Cycle I, meeting I was an average of 62.81 and meeting II, the average rose to 70.93. In cycle II, social studies learning outcomes were an average of 76.87. So by using the Cooperative Model Type Think Pair Share (TPS) social studies learning outcomes of students can be increased. ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to clarify how school administrators supervise teachers to improve pedagogical skills in the classroom. This study focuses on two issues: (1) how to improve school education by involving the community, and (2) the biggest challenges in content management and teacher development. Data mining and constructive methods were used in this investigation. The results showed that effective methods for managing principals and training teachers consisted of: (1) routine classroom practices, (2) supervision by administrators and educators, (3) floating procedures for describing class visits, and (4) evaluation of leadership activities with the intention of discussing and sharing ideas to improve teaching in the classroom. However, there are also constraints on the capacity of principals to supervise school administrators, including (1) Management issues, such as control of school administrators, teacher anxiety, and educators' lack of understanding of supervision; and (2) The decisions made by the school administration, such as the implementation of action plans, curriculum, teaching resources, teaching strategies, and teaching methods used by teachers in the teaching staff. Due to their busy schedule outside of school hours and the lack of support and incentives for teachers, especially in terms of preparing them for monitoring, the follow-up of school administrators was inadequate. Principals, teacher pedagogic competence, and monitoring are the keywords. Keywords: supervision, school principals, and teacher pedagogic competence
Education is a person's process of developing an education system. In the learning process, the media has a function as a means of communication and must be used in every learning process. The purpose of writing this article is to inform about the importance of the Example non Example model-based social studies learning module in elementary schools, the benefits it generates especially in the development of cognitive abilities and the various ways that can be done in carrying out learning using Example non Example based Modules. The writing of this article uses a literature review approach using secondary data obtained from various research data. The results of the study found that in general the media used were learning modules because they were considered easier to use. Through the Example Non Example Model-based learning module students will find it easier to access everything related to learning material and will become a source of independent learning for students. Thus, the Example non Example-based learning module will be able to develop students' cognitive abilities to the fullest, especially in elementary school age students. Keywords: Development, Module, Example non-Example.
