<p><em>Lactation Amenorrhoea Method (L</em><em>AM</em><em>) is one of the contraceptive methods recommended for breastfeeding mothers <6 months. The low coverage of the use of </em><em>LAM </em><em> is one of the challenges for health workers, including in the work area of the Rasimah Ahmad Health Center. This study aims to determine the factors related to the application of the Lactation Amenorrhoea Method (L</em><em>AM</em><em>)</em><em> </em><em> in breastfeeding mothers in the working area of Rasimah Ahmad Public Health Center in Bukittinggi in 2018. This type of research is descriptive analytic with a cross sectional study approach. This research was carried out in the work area of Rasimah Ahmad Public Health Center in July - August 2018 with a population of 169 people. Sampling using purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 63 people. Data collection used a research questionnaire, data analysis included univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using chi-square test. The results showed that 55.6% of respondents had low knowledge, 61.9% did not work, 52.4% had poor husband support, 50.8% were active officers, 58.7% were not </em><em>LAM</em><em>. There is a relationship between knowledge (p = 0.009 and OR = 4.889), employment status (p = 0.02, OR = 4.433), husband's support (p = 0.009, OR = 4.688) and the role of health workers (p = 0.028, OR = 3,696) with the application of </em><em>LAM</em><em>. It can be concluded that knowledge, employment status, husband's support and the role of health workers with the application of </em><em>LAM</em><em>. It is expected that all parties, especially the health workers, should always improve the socialization efforts to improve the knowledge of breastfeeding mothers about </em><em>LAM </em><em>so that they can apply the </em><em>LAM </em><em>method in a special family planning program for nursing mothers.</em></p>

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Faktor-Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Kejadian Berat Badan Lahir Rendah (BBLR). Penelitian ini menggunakan desain case kontrol, dengan perbandingan sampel 1:1 terdiri dari 29 kasus dan 29 kontrol, teknik pengambilan sampel dengan total sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yaitu kohort ibu hamil dan register persalinan, penelitian ini menggunakan uji analisis chi square. Hasil dari penelitian ini menurut uji chi square didapatkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan umur ibu dengan kejadian BBLR dimana nilai p sebesar 0,274, tidak ada hubunga jarak kehamilan dengan BBLR dimana nilai p sebesar 1,000, tidak ada hubungan paritas dengan BBLR dimana nilai p sebesar 0,576, ada hubungan kadar Hb dengan BBLR dimana nilai p sebesar 0,029, ada hubungan LILA dengan BBLR dimana nilai p sebesar 0,015. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kadar Hb dan LILA ibu hamil dengan kejadian BBLR. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran dan menambah informasi ibu hamil untuk ikut memperhatikan kesehatannya terutama masalah gizi selama kehamilan.
<p><em>Low weight for infant is one of problem that often occurs in treatment infant when getting birth. The number of low weight for infant becomes the problems for health workers. Around a quarter of low weight for infants die before stable or in 12 hours first of living infant. Result of SDKI 2002-2003 percentages of low weight for infant shows 7.6%. Based on Riskesdas (basic health research) 2007 around 11.5% infant getting birth with low weight lack of 2500 gram (minister health 2008). So, purpose of this research is to know description mothers’ anxiety with treatment low weight for infants. This research is descriptive research, type of the research qualitative method to know description mothers’ anxiety with treatment low weight for infants in Ahmad Muchtar hospital Bukittinggi 2018. This research is started on june 20-august 15 2018. The total respondent is 10 respondents with purposive sampling. In this research is done input aspect, process</em><em>, o</em><em>utput is done by four steps, they are collecting data through interviewing collection, display and drawing. </em><em>Based on the result of the research shows that mother who has low weight infant causes anxiety is mothers’ anxiety to see the infant. It is suggested that workers health when giving the information is more skillful and service improvement. Mothers’ anxiety with treatment low weight for infant can be concluded that informant says that the causes of anxiety is the mother feels anxiety and worried toward the infant. </em></p>
At the age of Under Three Years(BATITA), the child's height increases by 9 cm and his weight increases by about 2 kg. However, the need for calories is actually increasing due to increased physical activity. Likewise with the nutritional needs to support the immune system because BATITA have started to actively explore. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of Bilis Fish Nugget on BATITA Weight Gain in the Working Area of Kota BesarCommunity Health Center, Dhamasraya Regency in 2022. This research method was quasi-experimental. The study was conducted on 5 children who met the criteria. The measuring instrument used in this study was an observation sheet and weight loss using univariate and bivariate analysis. This research was conducted in August 2022. The results obtained that the average body weight before administration of Bilis Fish Nugget was 13.54 kg, after giving Bilis Fish Nugget the average body weight was 13.82 kg with a mean difference of 0.28 and with a value of p = p = 0, 45 < 0.05. Based on the results above, it can be concluded that there is an effect of Bilis Fish Nugget with increasing BATITA body weight, so it is recommended to the Community Health Centerto always make new innovations in giving supplementary feedingso that the supplementary feedingprogram is not only in the form of biscuits to increase children's weight and growth of BATITA
<p><strong><em>Maternal and child nutritional and health status is a determinant of the quality of human resources. They also critical period before pregnancy, during pregnancy and while breastfeeding. Based on initial survey in Lubuk Tarok Community Health Center, The purpose of this study was to determine Factors Related to Stunting in Toddlers in Lubuk Tarok Community Health Center, Sijunjung Regency in 2019.</em></strong><strong><em> </em></strong><strong><em>The type of this study was analytic descriptive with case control study approach. It was conducted in Lubuk Tarok Community Health Center. There were </em></strong><strong><em> 47</em></strong><strong><em> </em></strong><strong><em>subject for each group which were selected </em></strong><strong><em>by purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed by Chi-Square test with 95% confidence level.</em></strong><strong><em> </em></strong><strong><em>The results of this study showed 47 (50%) suffered from stunting, 57 (60.6%) did not provide exclusive breastfeeding, 54 (57.4%) had low income, 39 (41.5%) received authoritarian parenting and 46 (48.9%) had a poor diet. Then, there was a relationship of income (p = 0.0005), parenting (p = 0.0005) and diet (0.0005) toward stunting.</em></strong><strong><em> </em></strong><strong><em>In short, it can be concluded that there was a relationship between income, parenting and eating patterns toward stunting.
