<span>Allusion is a form of language that has a negative relationship and it becomes something that is very disliked by many people. Even that is the background of this research, that people only think that what is in a literary work always reveals the positive values contained in ad work, but often forgets something that smeels negative. This study reveals the form onf syndicated language used by characters in the novel </span><em><span>24 Jam Bersama Gaspar Sebuah Cerita Detektif</span></em><span> by Sabda Armandio. The study use Keraf theory (2010) as form, Manaf and Aminuddin as forming meaning. The method suggested by Sudaryanto (1993). The result of this study is some indicate that the most language style found in the novel </span><em><span>24 Jam Bersama Gaspar Sebuah Cerita Detektif</span></em><span> by Sabda Armandio is sarcasm and irony. The form of the language of satire contains bitterness, blemish, hurt and is less pleasent to hear.</span>
This research is background by the frequent errors in writing effective sentences The formulation of the problem is how is the ineffectiveness of sentences in scientific papers of Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program students in STKIP PGRI West Sumatra. Research purpose to describe the ineffectiveness of sentences in scientific papers of Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program students in STKIP PGRI West Sumatra. Research data is an ineffective sentence found in scientific papers (theses) students of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program STKIP PGRI West Sumatra. Data collection technique is the listening method.. Data analysis techniques are reading and marking, inventorying, classifying, analyzing and conducting discussions, discussions, conclusions of data and writing the results of research reports. The results of the study are sentence ineffectiveness based on the seven effective sentence requirements, namely the comparability of the structure, the parallelism of forms, the firmness of meaning, the effectiveness of words, the accuracy of reasoning, cohesion of ideas, and the logic of language.
This research is motivated by the skills of developing folklore (saga) into the form of short stories for students who are still low. The problem found is that students have difficulty developing folklore (saga) into short story form because they do not understand the material to develop folklore (saga) into short story form. This has resulted in the ineffectiveness of learning to develop folklore (saga) into short stories in the classroom. This study aims to describe the effect of the discovery learning model to improve learning to develop folklore (saga) into short stories for class X students of SMA N 1 Gunung Talang. . The population of this research is the students of class X SMA N 1 X Gunung Talang in the academic year 2021/2022, totaling 252 people. Samples were taken in class X IPA 5 and X IPA 6, totaling 25 people. The research method used in this study is the research design used is a quasi-experimental (quasi-experimental). The instrument used in this study was student performance tests. The results of this study are first, the skills of developing folklore (saga) into short stories for class X SMA N 1 Gunung Talang without using the discovery learning model to get an average score of 57.6 including sufficient qualifications in the range of 56- 65%. Second, the skills of developing folklore (saga) into short stories for class X students of SMA N 1 Gunung Talang using the discovery learning model obtained an average score of 76.2 including good qualifications in the range of 76-85%. Third, there is a significant influence in the use of discovery learning models in developing folklore skills (saga) into short stories for class X students of SMA N 1 Gunung because tcount > ttable (6.96 > 1.68).
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kesalahan yang sering terjadi dalam hal penulisan kalimat pada skripsi mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia di STKIP PGRI Sumatera Barat. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan ketidakefektifan kalimat dalam skripsi mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia di STKIP PGRI Sumatera Barat. Data penelitian adalah kalimat tidak efektif yang ditemukan dalam skripsi mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia STKIP PGRI Sumatera Barat. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah metode simak. Teknik analisis data adalah membaca dan menandai, menginventarisasi, mengklasifikasikan, menganalisis, melakukan pembahasaan dan penyimpulan hasil penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat ketidakefektifan kalimat dalam skripsi mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia di STKIP PGRI Sumatera Barat dalam hal kesepadanan, keparalelan, ketegasan, kehematan, kecermatan, kepaduan, dan kelogisan.
