Cilegon City is highly vulnerable to not only industrial disasters but also natural disasters, such as volcanic eruptions, tsunamis and earthquakes, hereafter referred to as complex disasters. This is a descriptive study, which aims to show the contingency plan in place for these complex disasters in Cilegon City. The data is qualitative and was for evacuations were determined, some of them can no longer be used. However, some district offices do not share this latest situation.
Technological developments that improve gave rise to the term digitization. Digitization is. from analog information media to digital SMA Brawijaya Smart School is one of the schools that implements a digitalization system in the implementation of activities at school. This article focuses on the digitization of learning media according to teachers and tenth grade students by looking at the effectiveness and enthusiasm of students in using digital media as a learning tool or means. This study uses a qualitative research type with an ethnographic approach. The data collection carried out in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis in this study used data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This study uses Herbert Blumer's theory of symbolic interactionism as a theoretical basis. In this study, the results showed that the digitalization of learning media was considered effective because it made students more active and interactive. Although digitization is considered good in the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process, it is also found that there are deviations in the learning digitization device by students. Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin baik memunculkan istilah digitalisasi. Digitalisasi merupakan peralihan dari media informasi analog menjadi digital. SMA Brawijaya Smart School merupakan salah satu sekolah yang menerapkan sistem digitalisasi dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan di sekolah. Artikel ini berfokus pada digitalisasi media pembelajaran menurut guru dan siswa kelas X dengan melihat dari efektivitas serta antusias siswa dalam menggunakan media digital sebagai alat atau sarana pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi , wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori interaksionisme simbolik Herbert Blumer sebagai landasan teoritis. Dalam penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa digitalisasi media pembelajaran dinilai efektif karena membuat siswa menjadi lebih aktif dan interaktif. Meskipun digitalisasi dinilai baik dalam efektifitas proses belajar mengajar, namun ditemukan juga hasil bahwa terdapat penyimpangan penyalahgunaan perangkat digitalisasi pembelajaran oleh siswa.
