This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture on teacher performance, the influence of organizational culture on work commitment, the influence of work commitment on teacher performance, and the influence of organizational culture on teacher performance in the era of independent learning mediated by work commitment. This study used a survey method with a quantitative approach. The sample for this study consisted of 88 teachers from the Senior High School of the Program Sekolah Penggerak (PSP) in the Education Branch of Blitar City. The instrument used was a questionnaire distributed to respondents online through Google Forms. Then, the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results showed a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on teacher performance in the era of independent learning, a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on work commitment, no significant influence of work commitment on teacher performance in the era of independent learning, and no mediating effect of work commitment and no significant influence of organizational culture on teacher performance in the era of independent learning.
Fokus penelitian ini adalah mengambil nilai konsep pembelajaran yang meliputi proses pembelajaran, pembelajaran melalui pengalaman (Experiential Learning), motivasi dan kemandirian, yang diambil oleh Dewa Ruci. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kualitatif dengan pendekatan Hermeneutika. Pendekatan hermeneutik yang berfungsi sebagai alat untuk menelusuri atau mengungkap makna dalam teks, wacana, dan menafsirkan masalah seperti dalam teks dan cerita Dewa Ruci. Nilai konsep pembelajaran meliputi, 1) konsep proses pembelajaran, guru memberikan tugas sesuai dengan kemampuan siswa. Selain itu siswa diharapkan memiliki sifat-sifat yang dimiliki Bima yaitu pandai, berwatak keras, lembut hati, rasa ingin tahu, peka dalam memanfaatkan media pembelajaran, mampu mengetahui tujuan pembelajaran, dan mampu beradaptasi; 2) belajar melalui pengalaman (Experiential Learning); 3) motivasi yang menjelaskan bahwa setiap individu yang ingin berhasil mencapai tujuan belajarnya syarat pertama yang harus dipenuhi adalah teka-teki, kemauan, motivasi yang kuat dan hebat; 4) kemandirian. Kemandirian dapat diperoleh siswa melalui refleksi diri.Kata Kunci : Dewa Ruci, Pembelajaran
This study aims to increase self-confidence in students. This study used amethod pre-experimentalof the type of one group pre-test-post-test. The results showed that the provision treatment of sociodrama technique group guidancecan increase self-confidence students', this can be seen through thescores pre-test and post-test. the results of the questionnaire distribution showed an average pre-test score of 79 and an average post-test score of 157. The spread of the COVID-19 virus has spread to many countries, including Indonesia. This has resulted in a very critical pandemic that disrupts the education process in Indonesia, making learning a learning system or home learning. The bold education system implemented during this pandemic made students feel difficult in the process of understanding the material being studied, this also made students unstable and could even be said to be low. This requires the role of the family towards students when studying from home. Therefore, the purpose of this is to explore and examine the role of research on students during the covid-19 pandemic.The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. Researchers used in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation as credible data collection techniques. Meanwhile, in the process of data analysis, this research uses descriptive (non-statistical) data analysis. From this research process, it can be concluded that the family has many roles for students when doing courageous learning during the covid-19 pandemic. The various roles that families play for children who are undergoing online lectures are as follows: family as motivator, family as communicator, family as evaluator and family as facilitator.
