Sebelumnya penjualan dan penawaran jasa hanya dilakukan secara langsung, yang tentunya ini membuat konsumen merasa kurang berminat, karena harus menguras tenaga pergi ketempat orang yang buka jasa. Dari permasalahan ini maka dikembangkan sebuah system mengenai transaksi jasa dengan basis Application Programming Interface (API) sebagai backend dan diimplementasikan ke mobile android sebagai frontend. Dalam tugas akhir ini mengasilkan sistem berbasis API dengan arsitektur REST dari segi backend untuk memudahkan dalam proses transaksi jasa dan diterapkan pada aplikasi android sebagai antarmuka pengguna
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adala untuk mengembangkan sebuah sistem penanggulangan tindak krimimal begal. Sistem dibangun dengan konsep Internet of Thing dengan menggunakan teknologi mikrokontroler. Sistem dirancang untuk dapat mengirimkan data lokasi dan detak jantung korban kriminal begal secara waktu sebenar. 10 lokasi dipilih untuk menguji keakuratan data lokasi dan 6 sampel mahasiswa dipilih untuk menguji data detak jantung. Hasil dari penelitian didapati bahwa sistem yang dibangun dapat mengirimkan data lokasi dengan akurat dengan rata-rata jarak (0.54 +- 0.75) meter, t(9) = -1.223, p = .234. Sedangkan untuk data detak jantung didapati tidak ada perbedaan antara data dari sistem berbanding dengan data sebenar (t(5) = -2.123, p = .223). Untuk perbaikan pada sistem, perlu ditambahkan beberapa variabel seperti suhu badan dan getaran.
In the past two years, technology has been evolving rapidly due to the pandemic outbreak in the whole world, and invoking a significant surge in usage of education technology. During thesetimes, both teachers and students have been gradually becoming digital natives in carrying out teaching-learning process. The objective of this study is to investigate the use of Content-Based Instruction (CBI) in improving vocabulary mastery on the writing skills utilizing technology-enhanced language teaching into the learning. It was a qualitative approach study, where the participant' writing documents were evaluated by two raters employing a standard analytic rubric for assessing the vocabulary on the English Language Learner (ELL)' writings. Moreover, unstructured interview was performed as data triangulation. The findings revealed that there had been a substantial improvement on the learner' vocabulary size. The learner' writing competence developed since the words used within the writing documents were varied, and in accordance with the topic discussed. There was also a positive and moderate relationship occurred between teachers and learner that increased the creative learning and innovative teaching for both in using the technology. Future research can look into how CBI can affect learners' vocabulary learning either through synchronous or asynchronous.
I. PENDAHULUANEngineer merupakan salah satu muara profesi bagi alumni mahasiswa Fakultas Teknik, salah satunya adalah Jurusan Teknik Mesin. Profesi engineer kian hari semakin menghadapi tantangan yang semakin berat. Kesiapan yang menyangkut profesionalisme profesi seperti keahlian (Skill), karakter (Character), dan pengetahuan (Knowledge) mutlak diperlukan. Pendidikan tinggi untuk Abstrak-Berbagai masalah dapat muncul dalam dunia profesi kerja, diantaranya disebabkan oleh kesalahan persepsi. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara singkat dengan mahasiswa jurusan Teknik Mesin FT UNP didapat persepsi yang berbeda-beda dari setiap mahasiswa terhadap tempat bekerja/perusahaan yang sama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran visual mengenai persepsi mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Mesin FT UNP terhadap tempat bekerja menggunakan Penskalaan Dimensi Ganda. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif menggunakan Penskalaan Dimensi Ganda. Penskalaan Dimensi Ganda merupakan salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk memetakan persepsi mahasiswa terhadap 10 (sepuluh) tempat bekerja/perusahaan yang mendukung profesi engineering, yaitu PT. Chevron, PT. Pertamina, PT. PLN, PT. GMF AeroAsia, PT. Astra, PT. Krakatau Steel, PT. Bukit Asam, PT. RAPP, PT. Indah Kiat dan PT. Semen Padang yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan model yang terpilih adalah model tiga dimensi dengan nilai stress sebesar 0.05 dan kemampuan menjelaskan keragaman responden (R 2 ) sebesar 98%. PT. Chevron dan PT. Pertamina merupakan tempat bekerja/perusahaan yang dipersepsikan paling mirip oleh responden. PT. Semen Padang dan PT. Astra dipersepsikan paling tidak mirip oleh responden. Responden mempersepsikan kemiripan tempat bekerja/perusahaan berdasarkan atribut/kriteria gaji, tunjangan, visi dan misi tempat bekerja/perusahaan, supervisi tempat bekerja/perusahaan dan kondisi lingkungan tempat bekerja/perusahaan. Padang which is obtained by direct survey questionnaire. The study showed that the selected model is three-dimensional model with a stress value of 0,05 and the ability to explain the diversity of respondents (R 2 ) of 98%. PT. Chevron and`PT. Pertamina are a place of work or most similar companies perceived by respondent. The workplace or company that is considered the most no resemblance by the respondent are PT. Semen Padang and PT. Bioinformatics has developed into an application tool for basic and applied research in the biomedical and biotechnology field. Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) is a common technique in the molecular area that has always involved bioinformatics science. PCR cloning techniques such as TA cloning and PCR-mediated cloning exhibit complex processes with low success rates. One easy, effective, and practical solution is to use a mega-primer with the Overlap Extension PCR Cloning (OEPC) technique. The success of PCR cloning using the mega-primer design in the OEPC technique is strongly influenced by the characteristics of the mega-primer used. Knowledge of mega-primer characteristics is one of the important factors in the success of PCR cloning. The design process for the mega-primer str promoter was characterized based on the principle of a genetic algorithm using the web-based bioinformatics tools such as ClustalW, NetPrimer, and BLAST. The success of the mega-primer construction in producing recombinant pSB1C3 vector has been confirmed by the sequencing method and the function of the reporting protein (AmilCP). DNA analysis shows a 100 % homologous sequence on the str promoter, while E. coli colonies successfully express the purplish-blue color. Mega-primer characters can save costs and time of the research by maintaining the primer parameters that provide optimal values and increase the success value of PCR cloning via bioinformatics software. Hence, implications on biological problems, especially using DNA and amino acid sequences, could solve rapidly.
