Currently, solid household waste worldwide is increasing as a result of population growth, changing production and consumption patterns [1-3]. This waste can cause a global problem due to its adverse effects on human health and the environment [1, 4, 5]. At the international level and especially in developing countries, biodegradable solid wastes are being used in agriculture as a bioresource through their environmental and economic benefits [6, 7]. Several research studies have focused on microbiological studies of household waste in the case of compost and vermicompost [8-10]. However, until now systematic and functional analyses of microbial groups of decaying green household waste in water and soil have been unsatisfactory [11]. Household
