The RFID technology is widely improved in the last decade. It offers different applications touching different areas. Tags could be modeled under several shapes serving the desired application; it can take a wristband form in the case of human body identification. In this paper, we present a design of an antenna implemented on the tag, with the aim to sense different physiological human parameters (temperature, blood pressure, O2 saturation, etc.). This antenna has a bent form, suitable for the medical application. It was put on flexible substrate to be conformal to the wrist. It presents good characteristics in terms of impedance matching.
