Aims: In this study the aqueous extract of Olea europeae, Myrtus communis and Monotheca buxifolia were screened for antibacterial activity, total phenolic content, polyphenol, chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, β-carotene and lycopene. Design of the Study: The study is composed of identification and quantification of bioactive compounds in selected plants through HPLC.
