O 18 ] 4-Cluster as Secondary Building Units. -[Cu(imi)2]4[(CuO6)(As3O3)2Mo6O18] (imi: imidazole) is hydrothermally synthesized from an aqueous solution of CuCl2, NaAsO2, (NH4)6Mo7O24, and imi (autoclave, 140°C, 6 d, 27% yield) and characterized by single crystal XRD. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c with Z = 4. The polyanion framework derives from the Anderson-type structure in which the central octahedron is filled up by a Cu(II), and is capped on both sides by two cyclic As3O6 groups. -(SU, F.; ZHOU*, B.; ZHAO, Z.; SU, Z.; ZHU, C.; Cryst.
