Penelitian ini membahas tentang kepemimpinan, kompensasi, motivasi, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan menggunakan teknik sensus, sampel penelitian yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 55 orang. Peneltian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda dan diolah dengan SPSS versi 22. Hasil pengujian membuktikan bahwa: (1) Secara parsial kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan kompensasi dan motivasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; (2) Secara simultan didapatkan hasil bahwa kepemimpinan, kompensasi dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. This study discusses leadership, compensation, motivation, with the aim of knowing the effect of leadership, compensation and motivation on employee performance. By using the census technique, the research sample used was 55 people. This research uses multiple regression analysis method and is processed with SPSS version 22. The test results prove that: (1) Partially leadership has a significant effect on employee performance, while compensation and motivation have no significant effect on employee performance; (2) Simultaneously, the results show that leadership, compensation and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
This research aimed to analyze the influence of the Covid-19 pandemic climate, work discipline, and work motivation on the performance of the state civil apparatus. This research was implemented from January to June 2021 at the Body of Apparatus, Education, and Training of Kupang City. The research method in this article uses a quantitative approach. The population and sample in this study were 123 ASN in the Body of Apparatus, Education, and Training of Kupang City. At the same time, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. This study indicates that the Covid-19 pandemic climate and work discipline have no effect on employee performance, but work motivation positively influences employee performance. Simultaneously, the Covid-19 pandemic climate variables, work discipline, and work motivation positively and significantly influence employee performance.
The purpose of this study was to determine the results of the analysis of the influence of organizational culture, competence and compensation both partially and simulatively on the performance of Palembang Palembang Regional Market Company Palembang City. The study used a confirmatory survey method with a quantitative approach, a population of 220 employees of Palembang Jaya Regional Market Company Palembang City, 142 taken as a sample of research using a Sloven formula, data collection using questionnaire techniques, documentation and observation. Data processing uses the spss version 23 analysis tools. Research time is from November 2019 to January 2020. Results Data output is processed with SPSS, that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on performance with a significance level of 0.00 <0.05 and t table 7.552> t count 2.003 regression coefficient of o, 538; that partially the competence has a positive and significant effect on performance with a significance level of 0.00 <0.05 and t table 5.949> t count 2.003 regression coefficient 0.450; that partially, compensation has a positive and significant effect on performance with a significance level of 0.00 <0.05 and t table 7.667> t count 2.003 regression coefficient of 0.545; and simultaneously organizational culture, competence and compensation affect the performance of t count 8.599> t table 4.763 regression coefficient of 47.1% the rest 52.9% influenced by other variables. Research conclusions that (1) employee organizational culture always work together in a work team, have a positive and significant effect on improving performance through leadership support in employee development, (2) employee competence by getting enough facilities to run, tasks have a positive and significant impact on performance through leadership support in employee development; (3) Compensation to employees in the form of adequate facilities in carrying out tasks, positively and significantly influencing performance through leadership support for employee development, (4) Organizational Culture, Competence and Compensation simultaneously affect the performance improvement of Palembang Palembang Pasar Daerah Regional Company with a regression reached 47.1%, while another 52.9% was influenced by variations of other variables. This study aims to analyze how competence, compensation and work motivation jointly affect the performance of KPU employees in Banyuasin Regency. The General Election of Banyuasin Regency used quantitative methods, using a saturated sampling sample in the study of 20 employees. In this study, the types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. Hypothesis testing through t test and F test using SPSS analysis tools. The results of data processing using SPSS 20, using the t test that t counts 4,330> t table 2.003 There is an influence of competence on performance; that t count 4.181> t table 2.003 positive and significant effect of compensation on performance; t count 4.469> t table 2.003 there is a positive and significant influence of motivation on performance; and F count 34.356> F table 4.883 and a significance level of 0.00 <0.05, that there is a positive and significant effect on the competency, compensation and motivation patterns together on performance, with a determination coefficient of 77.5%, the rest is influenced by other variables. The conclusion of the research is that competence, compensation and motivation have a positive and significant effect on performance either partially or simultaneously. Strategies to improve employee performance at the KPU Banyuasin Regency can be done by first increasing employee motivation to increase broad knowledge of knowledge in supporting work implementation, then increase. competence to be consistent in having a good attitude with colleagues.
. The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Work Discipline, Compensation and the Covid-19 Pandemic Climate on the Productivity of PT. Indah Roti Berseri, Palembang partially or simultaneously. This research method uses descriptive and verification surveys, field data collection uses questionnaires, interviews and documentation techniques. This research is an associative research, where in this study there are variables that are related and can influence other variables. The population of this study were 77 employees of PT. Indah Roti Berseri, Palembang. Data processing using SPSS 25 analysis tool. Testing the data using the t test, that work discipline has an effect on productivity with t count 11.967 > t table 1.9912 and a significance of 0.00 <0.05, there is a compensation effect on productivity with t count 6.941 > t table 1.9912 and a significance of 0 ,00 < 0.05 , the COVID-19 pandemic climate affects performance with t count 11.489 > t table 1.9912 significance 0.00> 0.05 and work discipline, compensation and organizational climate during the pandemic on productivity simultaneously with f count 70.424 > f table 2.72 significance 0.00> 0.05. The common thread of research is that work discipline, compensation and the climate of the COVID-19 pandemic affect the productivity of PT. Indah Roti Berseri, Palembang both partially and simultaneously. A strategy to increase productivity by continuing to build the company's organizational climate even during the Covid 19 Pandemic and maintaining work discipline and employee welfare through good compensation.
