This study aims to determine the effect of Profitability, Liquidity and Solvency on the Company Value of the property and real estate sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2018 Period. This research is a type of comparative causal research. The population in this study are property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2018 period, amounting to 22 companies. Based on the sampling technique with purposive sampling obtained a sample of 21 companies. Data collection techniques use the documentation of financial statements published on the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, www.idx.co.id. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Solvency has a positive and significant effect on firm value, with a regression coefficient of 0.557 and a significance value of 0.001 0.05; (2) Profitability has a positive and significant effect on Company Value, with a regression coefficient of 0.207 and a significance of 0.002 0.05; (3) Liquidity has a positive and significant effect on Company Value, with a regression coefficient of 0.340 and a significance of 0,000 0.05; (4) Solvency, Profitability, and Liquidity affect the Value of the Company with a significance of 0,000 with an R2 of 43%
This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and information technology knowledge on the motivation of the millennial generation to invest in shares on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The population in this study are millennial investors who have joined two securities companies on the Indonesian Stock Exchange, namely Mirae Aset Sekuritas and Phintraco Sekuritas. Determination of the number of samples using purposive sampling method, namely only those willing to fill out a questionnaire distributed online, and the results obtained are 44 samples. The analytical tool used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The study results show that: 1) Financial literacy significantly affects millennial motivation to invest in shares on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The higher their financial literacy, the more motivated they are to invest in stocks; 2) Knowledge of information technology has no significant effect on millennial motivation to invest in shares on the Indonesian Stock Exchange, and 3) Simultaneously, the investment motivation variable can be explained by the financial literacy and information technology knowledge variables by 58%. In contrast, the remaining 42% can be explained by other variables not included in this study.
This study aims to determine the effect of free cash flow, profitability, leverage and liquidity on dividend policy (an empirical study of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. Multiple regression analysis is used to determine the significance of the independent variables on the dependent variable. Types of data in this research is quantitative data in the form of numbers from the company's financial statements which are the object of research to be further converted into ratio values. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling method. The research samples are pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange with consistent criteria for publishing annual reports from 2018 to 2022. This study found that profitability has a positive and significant effect on dividend policy. That is, if the company generates profits, the company will distribute it as dividends. Free cash flow, debt and liquidity policies have no significant effect on the company's dividend policy.
