Neck pain is a prevalent ailment that affects many people around the world. Neck pain is linked to a high level of disability and is usually regarded as a serious public health issue. Pain between the superior nuchal line and the spinous process of the first thoracic vertebra is referred to as neck pain. The pain in the neck might refer to the head, trunk, and upper limbs in some cases. This article seeks to offer a summary of the existing evidence on the prevalence, costs, diagnosis, prognosis, risk factors, prevention, and management of neck pain patients.

While most patients are sent to the hospital, an electrocardiogram (ECG) is the sole examination necessary in primary care. In this review we will be looking at chest pain incident in primary care, and also we’ll be making overview to the etiology and diagnosis of the disease.
The glucose tolerance test can be performed in a variety of situations. To evaluate a person's capacity to manage a glucose load, a glucose tolerance test is utilised. The test can determine whether or not a person can metabolise a specific amount of glucose. and oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) has been the standard method for detecting prediabetes and type 2 diabetes. Diabetes causes anomalies in glucose, lipid, and protein metabolism due to insulin's ineffective action on target tissues, so health care providers making this test to determine a person's ability to handle a glucose load. Suicide is critical public health problem that primary care physicians potentially can help address given that concerned patients frequently visit them in the weeks and months preceding the successful suicide. This article contemplates issues placing the patient at high risk for successful suicide and clinical valuation techniques available to the primary care physician. A family physician is considered the first line of healthcare with patients. In the public sector, a medical officer is a generalist with no postgraduate training. The periodic health assessment has its roots at least as far back as the industrial revolution, employers paid for annual medical fitness examinations and tests to assess the state of their workers with intention of keeping their workforce healthy and safe. The technique is now included into the work of primary care physicians and is still practiced across multiple countries but it may be named with a different name such as Periodic health examination (PHE). The PHE allows for the implementation of evidence-based preventative measures, the education of patients on lifestyle issues, the updating of vaccines, and, most importantly, the detection of risk factors and diagnoses by updating the patient's cumulative profile. In low-risk individuals, however, treatment may not be essential every year. There’s serious question about the value of Periodic health assessment/examination. In this article we’ll be reviewing the PHE, its value and the role of family physician in it.
