Pendidikan memberikan kemajuan pemikiran manusia, sehingga taraf hidupnya meningkat. Perkembangan zaman saat ini telah membawa dampak perubahan dalam berbagai aspek. Dampak perubahan yang terjadi begitu cepat dan mudah diamati adalah aspek sosial. Perubahan sosial tidak hanya mengarah pada kemajuan, tetapi juga dapat mengarah pada kemunduran. Ada kalanya perubahan terjadi begitu cepat, sehingga membingungkan manusia untuk menghadapinya. Setiap perubahan yang terjadi di masyarakat selalu menimbulkan risiko kehidupan sosial atau ketidakpastian sosial. Fungsi pendidikan teknologi dalam tranformasi sosial dalam rangka meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik yang analisis kritis berperan untuk menanamkan keyakinan dan nilai-nilai baru pada cara berpikir orang. Pendidikan di abad modern telah berhasil menciptakan generasi baru dengan daya kreativitas dan kemampuan berpikir kritis, sikap yang tidak mudah menyerah pada keadaan dan digantikan dengan sikap yang mau berubah. Cara berpikir dan sikap ini akan lepas dari ketergantungan pada bantuan orang lain. Dengan demikian peserta didik selain sebagai memahami perubahan dalam kehidupan sosial juga dapat sebagai agen perubahan itu sendiri. Kenyataannya, masyarakat Desa yang berpendidikan masih kurang terlibat dalam penggerakan pemerintah dan keluarga. Education gives the headway of human thought, so that their level of life increments. Ditinjau menurut ranah sosiologi, dalam dasarnya insan pada pada mencapai tujuan hidupnya selalu berkomunikasi, berinteraksi & menyesuaikan diri menggunakan sesama dan lingkungannya, baik secara pribadi juga ataupun sosial. Di tahun 2020, pandemi Covid-19 mengakibatkan global Pendidikan wajib mengalami transformasi metode aktivitas belajar mengajar ke mode dengan menggunakan pemanfaatan teknologi digital & jejaring internet. Tujuan penulisan ini merupakan buat mengetahui pentingnya teknologi Pendidikan bagi pendidik pada perkuliahan online dan dampak sosial pada pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian memakai kajian Pustaka secara naratif menggunakan pemilihan melalui artikel-artikel jurnal, buku, informasi & peraturan perundangan-undangan yg relevan. Penelitian ini menghasikan bahwa, teknologi Pendidikan bisa memperlancar perkuliahan online baik bagi pendidik & siswa dan berdampak bagi kehiduapn sosial pada masa pandemi Covid-19 The existence of information and communication technology in the education process has a crucial role in supporting educators and students to interact with each other. Viewed from the realm of sociology, basically humans in achieving their life goals always communicate, interact and adapt with each other and their environment as well, either directly or indirectly. In 2020, the Covid-19 pandemic has caused the education world to undergo transformation on the methods of teaching and learning activities to indirect mode with the use of digital technology and internet networks. The purpose of this writing is to determine the importance of educational technology and information systems for educators in online lectures during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses descriptive literature review by selecting sources of information and data through journal articles, books, news and legislation relevant to the problem. The results show that educational technology and information systems can facilitate online lectures for both educators and students during the Covid-19 pandemic.
At present many experts in the field of information technology have designed and developed algorithms to solve stemming problems, especially in Arabic. But of the many stemming analyses in Arabic, there is no standardization of a good stemming algorithm in analysing the accuracy of the text in the Koran. The development of stemming in the Koran is significant to work because it supports the Sharaf classification in the Koran to understand the meaning of every word in the Qur’an. One stemmer or stemming an algorithm to find the primary form of an Arabic word is the Khoja Stemmer algorithm. The way of working from Khoja Stemmer is to try to find the root of an Arabic word by removing the longest prefix and the longest suffix of a word, then try to determine the root of the remaining words using the root word dictionary. In this study, the Khoja Stemmer built was able to calculate the average stemming of the Koran by 95.295%. But the root words produced by Khoja Stemmer if manually checked, there are still several errors. Thus, an Al-Quran dictionary is needed to analyse each stemming result conducted by Khoja stemmer in stemming the Koran.
This study will classify Twitter users' positive and negative opinions about the omnibus method using a frequency-inverse document frequency algorithm and a multi-layer perceptron method. The sentiment analysis process involves several stages, including B. Collecting and preprocessing data, calculating term weights using inverse term frequencies and document frequencies, and classifying data using multi-layer perceptrons. Additionally, the study visually represents Twitter's sentiment analysis results on the omnibus method. These visualizations include word cloud, top accounts, tweet frequency, hashtags, and sentiment. Three scenarios were considered to perform the classification experiments. Scenario 1 used 700 training data, scenario 2 used 800, and Scenario 3 used 900 training data. The findings show that the Term Frequency Inverse Document Frequency algorithm and the multi-layer perceptron method are adequate for sentiment analysis, with Scenario 3 yielding the highest accuracy rate of 88%.
