Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kebijakan yang diimplementasikan oleh Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Bantul dalam melakukan promosi online UMKM di masa pandemi covid-19. Hadirnya pandemi covid-19 memicu kesulitan pasar bagi UMKM sebagaimana yang terjadi di Desa Wisata Jamu Gendong Kringan di Kabupaten Bantul, DIY. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan indikator ukuran komunikasi, sumberdaya, disposisi dan struktur birokrasi. Komunikasi terjalin dengan sangat baik dan terkoordinir antar pihak yang terlibat. Komunikasi dilakukan dengan menjalin koordinasi pada beberapa segmen seperti komunitas fotografer, Dinas Pariwisata Bantul, Pengelola Jamu Gendong Kiringan hingga masyarakat desa wisata Jamu Gendong Kiringan. Ketersediaan sumberdaya yang mencakup SDM, anggaran dan sarana prasarana sudah cukup memadahi untuk menunjang kegiatan pemotretan foto produk di Desa Wisata Jamu Gendong Kiringan. Disposisi/sikap pemerintah sangat bersemangat dalam memperkenalkan destinasi desa wisata tersebut. Hal ini terbukti dari segi komitmen yang ditunjukkan Dinas Pariwisata Bantul sangat tinggi. Struktur birokasi dalam kegiatan pendampingan foto produk dijalankan sesuai dengan pembagian tugas masing-masing dan dapat terselenggara dengan baik.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that cause learning difficulties in circulation system material based on gender (male and female). The type of this research was descriptive qualitative research with the research subjects being all students of class XI MIA MA Darul Ma'la, totaling 63 students and the sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique of 10 male students and 10 female students. Research data were collected by means of interviews, questionnaires, and documentation with the research instrument in the form of a Likert scale questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that male students in learning circulation system material have a higher learning difficulty factor than female students, both from internal factors and external factors. Each of these factor percentages, namely, 94.1% and 86%.
