El objetivo del artículo es presentar y discutir el concepto de fosa clandestina, aterrizándolo al contexto mexicano y al caso de Guanajuato. Se construye un estado del arte y una panorámica conceptual para dar cuenta de la evolución en el uso y en los significados del concepto de fosa clandestina a nivel internacional y especialmente en México, en el ámbito de la crisis de derechos humanos y de violencia actual. Con fuentes hemerográficas y documentos oficiales se analiza la situación de las fosas clandestinas en Guanajuato y la postura de la Fiscalía estatal al respecto. Finalmente, se hace un balance crítico del proceso legislativo de la Ley de Búsqueda de Personas Desaparecidas del Estado de Guanajuato y de las propuestas de definición de fosa clandestinas que, aunque no fueron incluidas, contribuyeron al debate público sobre este fenómeno y se pueden interpretar como parte de una disputa política y social.
Los objetivos del artículo son presentar una panorámica de los elementos téorico-conceptuales del enfoque de la sociología relacional de Pierpaolo Donati, y comprender su visión acerca del concepto de relación social y su uso de la metáfora del tejido social o tejido de la sociedad. El método utilizado es de tipo documental, se basa en la revisión de las obras más significativas de este autor y de otros que han trabajado con este enfoque, así como en la recuperación y contextualización de lo que entiende por relación y tejido social. Si bien el concepto de relación social ha sido trabajado desde los inicios de la sociología, la sociología relacional lo pone epistemológicamente en el centro y lo estudia como una realidad per se, independiente de los actores/agentes y de las estructuras. En cambio, la metáfora del tejido social no tiene en la literatura académica la misma claridad y profundidad teórica y conceptual, sino que se ha vinculado mayoritariamente a proyectos de incidencia social, cooperación y política pública, prestándose a diversas interpretaciones, o incluso a un uso instrumental dentro del discurso político y mediático.

Complejizar, desconstruir y desaprender a las Relaciones Internacionales implica retar la idea del Estado como una unidad central, con patrones y reglas inequívocas. Implica reconocer los mecanismos de coerción ocultos en las instituciones, que lejos de promover el desarrollo, impulsan agendas que favorecen intereses privados. Incluso, conlleva la necesidad de replantearnos la reconfiguración misma de los bienespúblicos y la pérdida implícita del poder de agencia en torno a la gestión adecuada de los mismos. En ese sentido, es necesario promover una mirada crítica que vigile los procesos dialécticos entre el plano local e internacional.Esperamos que este número 27 de Entretextos sea de su interés y provoque reflexiones que abonen a la discusión académica y a la construcción de una comunidad nacional e internacional más humana y más justa.
