Fabrício Trindade e José Alberto In Concert construíram juntos a cena-curta Para Rocío Jurado e estão em processo de filmagem de um documentário homônimo. A dramaturgia apresenta a história de José Alberto, nascido em 1952, que tem 38 anos de carreira como cabelereiro, maquiador, artista plástico e ator transformista. José Alberto se apresenta em casas de show e saunas gay de Belo Horizonte, Rio de Janeiro e São Paulo. Sob direção de Trindade, José realizou este ano seu sonho de estrear no teatro.
Como conceber, elaborar e construir um teatro performático em um contexto sudaca[1]-marginal de constante opressão e cerceamento de pensamentos e iniciativas? Este texto, preenchido de potências de vida, é a tentativa de reconstruir um percurso experimentado na montagem cênica A mulher que andava em círculos (2016), do Mayombe Grupo de Teatro. Ele é a reflexão, em palavras-imagens, que investiga as configurações éticas e políticas estruturantes do processo de criação e da obra artística espetacular. Além de reconhecer, também, como acontece o resgate e a produção de memórias a partir de um teatro performático que dialoga com documentos e acontecimentos históricos-factuais.[1]Expressão perjorativa que europeus e norteamericanos utilizam-se para se referirem às populacoes dos países da América Latina, utilizar desta denominação é um ato politico que compreende os processos históricos de colonização, e, sobretudo, uma latino-américa que urge o reconhecimento de sua identidade para fortalecer seu processo próprio de descolonização
