O concreto é um material altamente difundido na construção civil, principalmente pela sua boa capacidade de resistência à compressão e simplicidade de execução. Porém, muitas vezes, se observa ausência de monitoramento e de controle do concreto produzido, principalmente em pequenas obras. Assim, este trabalho demonstra os parâmetros de resistência e durabilidade de um concreto produzido em obra, manifestando os resultados obtidos através de ensaios de laboratório: resistência à compressão, módulo de elasticidade, frente de carbonatação, frente de íons cloretos e absorção de água por sucção capilar. Os resultados evidenciam a falta de controle tecnológico para obras de pequeno porte como fator determinante para a não conformidade dos índices obtidos nos ensaios, em relação aos resultados esperados segundo as normas vigentes.
