O presente trabalho aborda os pressupostos para o conhecimento científico, cuja modalidade a ser tematizada é o relato de experiência (RE). Este tipo de texto trata de uma vivência que tem relevância para o meio acadêmico ao compreender fenômenos de possibilidades interventivas da área e auxiliar na formação acadêmica, e também na profissional. O objetivo deste artigo é discutir os pressupostos teóricos e estruturantes para elaboração de manuscritos da modalidade RE como construção de conhecimento. Trata-se de estudo no formato de ensaio acadêmico-científico. O roteiro tem como propósito auxiliar na edificação e organização de estudos desta modalidade, que destaca o uso do embasamento científico e reflexão crítica. O mesmo é composto por quatro tipos de descrição: informativa, referenciada, dialogada e crítica; cada qual com seus elementos e respectiva pergunta facilitadora para a descrição da informação. A proposta apresentada tem a possibilidade de ampliar a compreensão do RE, uma vez que há poucas referências que abordam sobre os elementos para a sua construção; bem como melhorar a produção científica, que por sua vez contribui para o progresso do conhecimento. Enfim, a sistematização dos estudos de RE pode implicar na melhoria das ações profissionais e campo das ciências.
A SÍNDROME DE FIBROMIALGIA E A ATIVIDADE FÍSICAA Síndrome de Fibromialgia (SFM) é caracterizada por dores musculoesqueléticas generalizadas crônicas, fadiga, distúrbio do sono, entre outras características, inclusive de caráter psicopatológico (WOLF, 1990 apud CAVALIE-RE; SOUZA; BARBOSA, 2010BARBOSA, , p.1326. Brody e Hall (2012) acrescentam a importância do comprometimento funcional na pessoa acometida, com impacto na deterioração da função respiratória, da amplitude articular e da resistência (endurance) muscular, além da diminuição da força e da aptidão cardiovascular (abaixo dos índices médios).Ignachewski; Semeghini e Garcia Junior (2004) complementam que o quadro clínico pode ser agravado por: mudanças climáticas e ambientais, flutuações hormonais durante o ciclo pré-menstrual ou menopausa, estresse, depressão, ansiedade e uso exacerbado dos músculos e da atividade cognitiva.
O objetivo do trabalho foi identificar a influência do uso de testes abdominais como estratégia de motivação para realização de aulas de core training. Este estudo é um relato de experiência de abordagem qualitativa e caráter descritivo, realizado no componente Estágio VIII. O estágio foi constituído por duas etapas: observação e intervenção. Para a coleta de dados foi utilizado o roteiro de observação qualitativa, ficha de avaliação, diário de bordo e roda de conversa. Na intervenção foi realizado o teste de 1 minuto em sete exercícios diferentes e foi ministrada aulas com variação de ênfase muscular a cada semana. Diante da observação, foi notado que a professora era comprometida, estudiosa e motivava a turma, e que o local era um ambiente climatizado, com diversos recursos disponíveis. No decorrer do estágio, foi relatada pelos participantes a importância dos testes como estímulo para a assiduidade nas aulas, o efeito das variações de movimento na aprendizagem de outros exercícios e ausência de dor. Além disso, acredita-se que houve aumento de força no core em razão dos resultados numéricos do teste. O percurso foi marcado pelo desafio da rotatividade dos praticantes, da satisfação em acompanhar a evolução dos participantes e ambiente promotor de autonomia. Portanto, a realização de teste abdominal pode ser uma alternativa nas academias de ginástica para estimular a adesão e assiduidade dos clientes.
O estágio é configurado como uma das etapas da formação, para tanto é imprescindível que o corpo discente tenha saberes que sustentem suas ações nos campos de atuação do curso. Deste modo o exercício da profissão se faz necessário para que o acadêmico possa ter maiores condições de êxito quando estiver em atividade laboral. O presente trabalho tem por objetivo descrever a vivência do Estágio VI, apontando as facetas da atuação com Ginástica Laboral (GL). Esta experiência se deu a partir do projeto de intervenção desenvolvido na UNEB com os funcionários dos diferentes setores da instituição. O trabalho tem abordagem qualitativa, com caráter descritivo e no formato de relato de experiência. A GL ocorria prioritariamente em seus setores, sendo usado a GL Preparatória e GL compensatória, ambas com duração de 30 minutos. Para coleta dos dados foi usado um roteiro de observação, o diário de bordo e levantamento de informações (similar a anamnese). A avaliação das intervenções ocorreu por meio da roda de conversa. A estrutura física dos setores tinha diferentes dimensões espaciais e espaço de movimentação, mas com ar condicionado e no mínimo: uma mesa ou balcão, duas cadeiras, um computador, um armário. O fato de o estágio ter ocorrido na própria instituição foi possível usar mecanismos distintos para o cumprimento do objetivo. Os participantes fizeram queixas de ordem física e psicológica. Dentre os resultados da intervenção destaca-se a redução das dores, mais disposição e reconhecimento da importância da atividade física. As críticas dos participantes foram à transferência da GL para o final do expediente e aumento da duração da GL. A intervenção do estágio teve importância tripla: na vertente acadêmica, pois contribuiu para que tivéssemos uma experiência formativa com um campo de trabalho; na vertente institucional, por apresentar um cenário talvez desconhecido e ainda revelar uma possibilidade de cuidado para com o funcionário; na vertente dos funcionários, pelo fato de ter oportunizado momentos de redução dos impactos da sobrecarga do trabalho com a GL e ainda o entendimento do quão é necessário ter um estilo de vida saudável.
