O presente artigo tem como objetivo investigar premiação da L’Oréal “Para Mulheres na Ciência”. Esta pesquisa se fundamenta a partir do campo teórico dos estudos feministas e de gênero, na sua vertente pós-estruturalista. Os dados de análise serão produzidos a partir da página da premiação, bem como alguns excertos presentes nos sites das parcerias ABC e UNESCO. As análises estarão ancoradas em algumas ferramentas da análise do discurso em Foucault. Nas análises tecidas buscamos algumas condições que possibilitaram a emergência dessa premiação e os discursos produzidos acerca das mulheres na ciência.
O objetivo do presente artigo é analisar alguns materiais produzidos a partir de alguns projetos que fizeram parte da chamada “Meninas e jovens na ciências exatas, engenharias e computação 18/2013”, com relação aos marcadores sociais de gênero e raça-etnia. Este trabalho, se fundamenta a partir dos campos teóricos dos Estudos Culturais e dos Estudos Feministas, nas suas vertentes pós-estruturalistas. Para produção dos dados investigamos os projetos contemplados e mapeamos aqueles que possuíam página na internet, a fim de analisar os artefatos culturais, produzidos e disponibilizados no endereço eletrônico dos mesmos. Encontramos 14 projetos, com uma grande amplitude de materiais. Optamos em analisar as Histórias em Quadrinhos (HQ) e os Almanaques. Ambos materiais não apresentavam mulheres cientistas negras. No Almanaque encontramos pessoas negras, como parte integrante da história, porém escutando os conceitos científicos que outra pessoa estava explicando. Consideramos que tais artefatos podem servir de subsídio para professoras/es utilizarem nas escolas enquanto ferramentas didático-pedagógicas para discussão das questões relacionadas a gênero e ciência na sala de aula.
Nesse trabalho temos como objetivo apresentar e problematizar as potencialidades do jogo Equidade de Gênero: trilhando interlocuções em diferentes áreas de atuação". O qual teve como objetivo: discutir sobre a equidade de gênero no mercado de trabalho, na carreira científica e a universidade; debater sobre a desigualdade de gênero nas diferentes profissões e; evidenciar os preconceitos vivenciados pelas mulheres nos diversos espaços em que transitam, enfocando na carreira científica, no mercado de trabalho e na universidade. Como aporte teórico nos apoiamos nos estudos de alguns autores, tais como: Michel Foucault, Judith Butler, Adréia Carneiro, Lourdes Bandeira, Cecilia Sardenberg entre outras/os. Para produção dos dados aplicamos o jogo dentro de uma oficina intitulada "Equidade de gênero: interlocuções entre mercado de trabalho, carreira científica e universidade", realizada durante a 18º Mostra de Produção Universitária da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande (FURG). Na ocasião participaram 12 alunos. A análise dos dados nos possibilitou observar, a partir de seus relatos durante a realização da oficina, que embora as pessoas tenham interesse na temática, muitos desconheciam as repostas do jogo. Com isso, consideramos importante que atividades sobre essa temática sejam desenvolvidas nos diversos espaços educativos, afim de incentivar e mostrar que todos/as podem diferentes profissões, independentemente de seu gênero.Palavras-chave: Equidade de gênero, Mercado de trabalho, Carreira científica, Jogos didáticos.
