Este trabalho apresenta possibilidades de aplicação dos princípios da Programação de Condições para o Desenvolvimento de Comportamentos no Ensino Superior, a partir do relato de experiência de uma disciplina de Análise do Comportamento Aplicada à Educação, na modalidade de Ensino Remoto Emergencial. O desafio foi empregar na programação deste componente curricular, realizado de forma remota emergencial, os próprios princípios comportamentais ensinados ao longo dela. Apresentam- se os comportamentos-objetivo da disciplina, relacionando-os às atividades avaliativas e de ensino, e dados avaliativos de diferentes fontes: o desempenho dos alunos nas atividades; a identificação feita por eles dos princípios comportamentais empregados nelas; e o feedback dado por eles sobre a organização da disciplina e a relevância percebida do uso dos princípios nas atividades. Destacam-se o bom desempenho na atividade final da disciplina, que avaliava o comportamento-objetivo final e alta coerência entre os princípios programados pelos professores e aqueles identificados pelos alunos. Discute-se a aplicabilidade do modelo apresentado para capacitar futuros profissionais a atuarem a partir dos princípios analítico-comportamentais, ao mesmo tempo que se incentiva os analistas do comportamento a empregarem, eles mesmos, esses princípios em suas salas de aula, de forma a tanto produzir a aprendizagem significativa dos alunos quanto divulgar a atualidade e viabilidade da Programação de Condições para o Desenvolvimento de Comportamentos no ensino superior.
Esta revisão buscou investigar como têm sido desenvolvidas e avaliadas as capacitações de professores em Gamificação e Aprendizagem Baseada em Jogos, a partir da sistematização de pesquisas empíricas sobre o tema, produzidas entre os anos de 2010 e 2020. Foram feitas buscas usando as palavras-chave: teacher, professional development, teacher training, teacher education, game-based learning, education, gamification, nas bases de dados EBSCO, ERIC, PsycINFO, ScienceDirect, Web of Science e Banco de Teses e Dissertações da CAPES. O banco de dados final foi composto por 10 estudos. Os resultados indicam que a maioria dos estudos não apresenta fundamentação em teorias da aprendizagem, há pouca clareza sobre quais são os objetivos de aprendizagem, além de utilizarem delineamentos pouco controlados, em detrimento dos experimentais. O estado da arte aponta para a necessidade de que mais pesquisas sejam realizadas sobre o tema com a utilização de fundamentação teórica adequada e delineamentos de pesquisa mais sofisticados.
