This paper is based on using fuzzy control method and according to the size of bearing residual magnetic detective distance and the diameter of bearing ring; it accurately controls the size of demagnetization machine alternating current. The result shows that the fuzzy control method on bearing residual magnetic quality control by simulation can get a rational control effect of the size of demagnetization machine current. It provides a new theoretical method for precisely controlling the residual magnetic bearings quality.
Nonlinear equivalent spring resistance model and Coulomb friction model is used to construct a dynamic mathematical model for a multi-body system, which contains clearance. In the paper an internal combustion engine dynamic model has created for simulated analysis. It shows that joints accuracy and driver speed have obvious effects on crank slider dynamic disturbance. Also joints clearance and the increase of driver speed lead to lower positional accuracy, worse stability and reliability, which has very important theoretical significance and practical value on the analysis of the performance of internal combustion engine.
A detailed simulation research on the flow field spray nozzle of 6WC-30 Y-G vehicle-mounted machine in the paper was performed, and it has been carried out the different size vortex flow length is corresponding to the atomization distribution, contrasting the effect of different on the Three kinds of different blade length size of vortex solution atomization was found , from the experimental results, it can be concluded that the spraying nozzles of vehicle-mounted machine closely related to the vortex length. It has become apparent that the result of simulation has been provided a theoretical basis for its optimization guiding to improvement.
In allusion to temperature hard to control for parameters parameter being variable and nonlinearity in the process of annealing furnace. A detailed study of the annealing furnace temperature control by combined with fuzzy and PID in this paper, all dynamic parameters of the annealing furnace temperature have been considered effectively, and by this control system method the temperature of annealing furnace was controled steadily. Through the simulation experiments show that this PID control mode has a characteristics of good dynamic performancestrong adaptability and good robustness in the application of the annealing furnace temperature control.
