Results: Echo's and results are promising: number of participant's per workshop increased continuously from 15 to 120, in total 210 attendees. So far only five post-workshop physical medical consultations are known to KIH. Other external follow-up consultations are under investigation. Conclusions: Renal replacement therapy known as "responsible & sustainable" through accessibility to the greatest number of patients with end-stage kidney disease and control of costs, implies the global reduction of patients with CKD. Based on better awareness of the population, a targeted & personalized prevention policy is needed for subjects at risk with apparent normal renal health.
