Применение цифровых технологий в протезировании, в том числе при множественных ампутационных дефектах конечностей, имеет особое практическое значение. Сокращение сроков протезирования, особенно первичного, позволяет частично компенсировать тяжелое психоэмоциональное состояние после перенесенной травмы, сохранить мотивацию пациента, способствует благоприятному сопровождению лечебно-восстановительных мероприятий, формированию культи, восстановлению мобильности и способности к самообслуживанию. Цель исследования: разработать компоненты цифровой технологии протезировании конечностей при травмах мирного и военного времени, в том числе до обеспечения протезами по индивидуальной программе реабилитации и абилитации (ИПРА). Для разработки устройств 3D-сканирования усеченной конечности и методик их применения было проведено обследование 173 пациентов ФГБУ ФНЦРИ им. Г.А. Альбрехта Минтруда России с патологиями опорно-двигательной системы, в возрасте от 11 до 88 лет, средний возраст составил 63,6 года. К протезированию лечебно-тренировочными протезами, изготовленными по аддитивной технологии, были допущены 52 пациента. Изготовили 45 протезов нижних конечностей для 32 мужчин (ср. возраст -47 лет) и 11 женщин (ср. возраст -62 года) и 9 изделий на верхние конечности для 6 мужчин (ср. возраст -40,8 лет) и 3 женщин (ср. возраст -41 год). Протезы голени изготовлены 26 пациентам (ср. возраст -52,6 лет), протезы бедра -17 пациентам (ср. возраст -48,5 лет). Разработаны два стационарных 3D-сканера для съемки культей конечностей и методики их применения, программы для обработки полученных моделей и построения электронных геометрических моделей приемных гильз протезов конечностей, предложен метод 3D-печати из гранул как способ критического сокращения времени изготовления приемной гильзы протеза. Пациенты отметили облегчение фантомных болей, психоэмоционального и физического состояния, были удовлетворены достигнутыми первичными результатами частичного восстановления мобильности и способности к самообслуживанию в ранние сроки после ампутации и обучения пользованию.
