Авторы заявляют об отсутствии конфликта интересов.Аннотация В статье представлены результаты изучения патоморфологических особенностей строения околокорневых гранулем в различные сроки их развития. Всего исследованию подвергнуто 112 гранулем, взятых после удаления зубов у лиц различного возраста, преимущественно в возрастных группах до 50 лет (88,6%). В 95 гранулемах исследованы нервные элементы, в 17 -проведены морфологические и гистохимические исследования. Установлено, что дистрофические процессы при остром воспалении периапикальных тканей характеризуются уменьшением содержания гликогена, а патоморфологические изменения нервных элементов гранулем сопровождаются белковой дистрофией и нарушением тинкториальных свойств осевоцилиндрической части нервного волокна. Нервные элементы в длительно существующих гранулемах характеризуются выраженными дистрофическими и деструктивными процессами, а также явлениями реактивного роста и гиперплазии нервных волокон. Полученные данные позволяют скорректировать как тактику хирургического вмешательства, так и тактику активной заапикальной терапии.Ключевые слова: воспаление, гранулема, нервные волокна
