SYNOPSIS
Ten migraineurs volunteered for intravenous in actions of reserpine over a period of six weeks. The clinical effects were noted and blood specimens were analyzed for norepinephrine, epinephrine and erotonin for twelve weeks.
The frequency and intensity of migrainous attacks was decreased in this open trial. A marked decrease in concentration of blood amines which accompanied clinical improvement was found.
