Es wird über die Veränderungen des Mono‐ und Gesamtcarbonylgehaltes sowie der Peroxidzahlen bei der Raffination von Rapsöl berichtet. Durch die Trennung der Monocarbonyle in Verbindungsklassen kann eine Veränderung des Verhältnisses von ungesättigten zu gesättigten Carbonylverbindungen während aller Raffinationsstufen nachgewiesen werden. Die Untersuchungen zeigen, daß bei der Raffination von Rapsöl im Endeffekt die peroxidischen Verbindungen abnehmen, während der Gesamtcarbonylgehalt ansteigt. Der Anteil der organoleptisch bedeutsamen Monocarbonylverbindungen nimmt durch die Raffination ab.
aus z.4-Dinitrophenylhydrazonen, Gas-Chromatographie Es wird eine Arbeitstechnik zur Freisetzung von Monocarbonylverbindungen aus ihren ~,4-Dinitrophenylhydzonen beschrieben, die eine auschliehde gas-chromatogaphische Bestimmung der einzelnen Vertreter ermoglicht. Unter den gegebenen Bedingungen ist eine Bestimmung von Carbonylen, die maximal I I Kohleustoffatome enthalten, maglich. Das Verfahren ist spezieu geeignet zur Erfassung geringer Carbonylmengen, so wie sie nach saulen-bzw. dannschicht-chromatographischer Vortrennung von Carbonylgemischen in Carbonylklassen bei der Analyse von Fetten auf deren sekundkire Autoxydationsprodukte anfallen.
Einleitung wnd ProblemstellecngDie gebrauchlichen saulen-bzw. dunnschicht-chromatographischen Verf ahren zur Auftrennung der aus Fetten isolierten Monocarbonylgemische in Form ihrer z,4-Dinitrophenylhydrazone in 4 Carbonylklassen (Alkanale, Alkenale, Alkdienale und Alkanone) lassenwie auch die eigenen Erfahrungen gezeigt haben [I]im allgemeinen mit geringen Einschrankungen eine anschlieBende photometrische summarische Erfassung der genannten Klassen zu. Bei der weiteren Auftrennung der Klassen in Einzelkomponenten (sog. Homologentrennung) ergeben sich aber infolge der geringen Konzentration der Substanzen Schwierigkeiten bei der photometrischen Bestimmung.Ziel der vorliegenden Arbeit ist daher zu untersuchen, ob und inwieweit mittels der Gas-Chromatographie eine sichere Identifizierung und quantitative Erfassung fiir die Homologen zu erreichen ist.
