При создании авиационных двигателей и газотурбинных установок для энергетики и транспорта газа актуальной является задача совершенствования расчетных методов проекти-рования, верификации математических моделей и экспериментальной доводки. Работа осевого компрессора согласована с работой последующих узлов таким образом, что его параметры, в зависимости от частоты вращения ротора, изменяются по определенному закону, соответст-вующему линии, которую принято называть линией рабочих режимов. Работа компрессора на нерасчетном режиме может привести к его неустойчивой работе и возникновению помпажа. Вы-бор методики численного моделирования, обеспечивающей адекватность результатов и сходи-мость с полученными экспериментальными данными, является ключевым моментом при проек-тировании и доводке параметров турбомашины. В ОАО «Авиадвигатель» разработан метод оп-ределения оптимальных и критических зависимостей параметров ступеней осевого компрессора по результатам трехмерного анализа. Метод позволяет провести анализ согласования работы ступеней осевого компрессора, аналитически определить режимы запирания, запас устойчивой работы. По результатам анализа выявлено, что группа первых ступеней не обладает должным запасом устойчивой работы, углы атаки направляющих аппаратов 1-й и 2-й ступеней находятся в области срыва. Наиболее очевидным мероприятием является расширение диапазона регули-рования. Пользуясь разработанной методикой, можно оценить, насколько конкретно нужно при-крыть аппараты. Результаты испытаний показали, что расширение диапазона регулирования направляющих аппаратов 1-й и 2-й ступеней позволило в несколько раз повысить запасы ГДУ на режимах малого газа.Ключевые слова: газотурбинный двигатель, вычислительная динамика жидкости и газа, осевой компрессор, трехмерный расчет, граница устойчивой работы, характеристика компрессора.
