Online learning is a form of learning that can answer the times, technological advances and knowledge of learning development in universities. This study uses the R&D method in designing online learning. The online learning design is carried out on human performance technology courses using the PEDATI model combined with a project-based learning approach. The PEDATI model itself has several design steps starting from formulating online learning, mapping material, determining asynchronous or synchronous and designing the selected learning path. Asynchronous learning at PEDATI which consists of, deepening, applying and evaluating with a project-based learning approach that has six steps. The results of the research resulted in an online learning design which consisted of formulating learning outcomes, mapping materials, making asynchronous learning flows combined with project-based learning syntax.

Diving training at Basarnas is constrained by distance so that it has an impact on the performance of employees' duties as individuals. This study aims to develop a flipped classroom for diving environment training for rescuers and obtain results to assess their feasibility. This study produces a research design and learning development with steps and procedures, namely using a multimedia-based learning design with stages ranging from assessment and needs analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The techniques used to analyze the data are qualitative and quantitative analysis. The development steps taken refer to the web-based learning design combined with the PEDATI model at the design stage. The feasibility test is obtained based on the assessment of experts including material experts, learning design experts and media experts as well as testing for users to get suggestions for improvement. From the results of this study, it was found that the evaluation of training material experts with a total percentage value of 94.79%, expert validation of learning design 90.27%, and validation by instructional media experts 90.38%. The results of the individual one-to-one test are concluded to be very valid and can be used without revision, and for tests in small groups the average assessment is very valid without revision. It can be concluded that Flipped Classroom learning is suitable for use in diving environment training using cooperative learning.

Sasaran pengguna bahan ajar online ini ialah mahasiswa semester baru di TP UNJ. Penelitian pengembangan ini dilakukan berdasarkan model Rapid Prototyping yang memiliki lima tahapan yaitu tahap assess needs and analyze content (penilaian kebutuhan dan analisis konten), set objectives (menetapkan tujuan pembelajaran), constructing a prototype (mengembangkan prototype), utilizing the prototype (memanfaatkan prototipe (research/penelitian), dan installing the final system (memasang sistem). Dalam Evaluas itersebut melibatkan 1 orang ahli materi, 1 orang ahli media, dan 22 orang pengguna. Nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh dari tahap expert review oleh ahli materi ialah 3,36 dan menunjukkan kategori baik. Nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh dari tahap expert review oleh ahli desain pembelajaran ialah 3,4. Nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh dari tahap expert review oleh ahli media ialah 3,4 dan menunjukkan kategori baik. Pada tahap penggunaan face-to-face diperoleh nilai rata-rata 3,05 yang menandakan secara keseluruhan panduan ini cukup baik. Sedangkan secara small group diperoleh nilai rata rata 3,10 yang menandaakan penggunaan bahan ajar online tersebut dinilai baik. The target users of this online teaching material are new semester students at the UNJ TP. This development research was carried out based on the Rapid Prototyping model which has five stages, namely the stage of assessing needs and analyze content, needs objectives (constructing learning objectives), constructing a prototype (developing prototypes), utilizing the prototype (utilizing prototypes ( research / research), and installing the final system (installing the system) .In the evaluation it involved 1 material expert, 1 media expert, and 22 users. The average value obtained from the expert review stage by material experts was 3, 36 and shows a good category.The average value obtained from the expert review stage by learning design experts is 3.4.The average value obtained from the expert review stage by media experts is 3.4 and shows a good category. face-to-face values obtained an average of 3.05 indicate the overall guide pretty good. While the small group obtained an average value of 3.10 which indicated that the use of online teaching materials was considered good.

Polemics on the low quality of teaching and learning outcomes during the period of transition from online to offline learning is an issue that must be addressed by vocational education institutions. This study aims to analyze the effects of retraining and teaching experience on successful learning outcomes during the transition period, either directly or through the involvement of self-efficacy and psychological capital as mediators. An ex-post-facto study that adopted a research design from Cohen, Lawrence & Keith (2011) was carried out with a sample of 247 vocational education teachers in Indonesia. Data on all variables were collected through a closed questionnaire method based on a four-point Likert-scale. The data were then analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis techniques with path analysis and bootstrap methods. The results of the study reveal that retraining and teaching experience have a significant effect on the success of learning outcomes during the transition between online and offline teaching methods in vocational education. There is a significant indirect effect of the two exogenous variables through the mediating involvement of self-efficacy and psychological capital. In Vocational education it is very important to organize the retraining that is needed among teachers to improve the quality of learning in the learning transition period, in addition to providing more teaching experiences to strengthen self-efficacy and provide sufficient psychological capital so that the quality of learning outcomes can be enhanced and sustained.

The low levels of readiness for e-learning, followed by the low satisfaction levels experienced by university students during the COVID-19 pandemic, is a crucial yet confounding issue. Many reports relate the lack of technological competence and motivation to this problem. This study examined aspects of technological competence and motivation as antecedent factors that affect student user and e-learning readiness. In addition, the study also tested the determination of the role of e-learning readiness as a mediator of the indirect influence of technological competence and motivation on student satisfaction. The study involved 1228 university students from the province of Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Data collection was assisted by using a closed questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale tested for validity and reliability. Structural Equation Modeling was used to analyze the data through path analysis and bootstrap methods. This study showed that technological competence and motivation significantly affected e-learning readiness and user satisfaction. Furthermore, e-learning readiness was seen to act as a significant mediator in the indirect effect of technological competence and motivation on student satisfaction. Therefore, these results strengthen the theory that shaping student satisfaction in e-learning requires mature e-learning readiness. In forming this readiness, technological competence and balanced motivation are needed.
