Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) was discovered in December 2019 in Wuhan, China. One of the symptoms that COVID-19 patients have is a decrease in oxygen saturation. Breathing relaxation has many techniques, one of which is ballon blowing which can help the intracostal muscles to elevate the diaphragm and costal muscles. This study aims to determine the effect of breathing relaxation with the ballon blowing technique on changes in oxygen saturation in post-COVID-19 patients. The method used in this study for sampling is purposive sampling with a total of 65 samples, the instrument in this study used an observation sheet and pulse oximetry. This research was conducted from April 25, 2022, to April 31, 2022. This study used univariate data and bivariate analysis. The results obtained in this study are P-Value 0,000 < 0,05 with significant results. Judging from the results of measuring oxygen saturation before giving breathing relaxation therapy with the ballon blowing technique, 61 samples had oxygen saturation ≤95%. And the results of measuring oxygen saturation after giving breathing relaxation therapy with the ballon blowing technique were 45 samples that had 95%-100% oxygen saturation. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is an effect of breathing relaxation with the ballon blowing technique on changes in oxygen saturation of post-COVID-19 patients in the UPTD working area of the Legonkulon Health Center, Subang Regency. It is hoped that breathing relaxation therapy can be given not only to post Covid 19 patients but also to patients who have a history of other respiratory diseases such as asthma, ARI and COPD. Salah satu gejala yang dimiliki oleh pasien COVID 19 yaitu penurunan saturasi oksigen. Relaksasi pernapasan mempunyai banyak teknik salah satunya adalah dengan balon (baloon blowing) yang dapat membantu otot intracosta mengelevasikan otot diafragma dan kosta. Ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh breathing relaxation dengan teknik baloon blowing terhadap perubahan saturasi oksigen pada pasien post covid 19. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling dengan jumlah 65 sampel, instrumen pada penelitian ini menggunakan lembar observasi dan oksimetri nadi (pulse oxsimetry). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 25 April 2022 sampai 31 April 2022. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisa data univariat dan analisa bivariate. Hasil yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini yaitu P Value 0,000 < 0,05 dengan hasil signifikan. Dilihat dari hasil pengukuran saturasi oksigen sebelum pemberian terapi breathing relaxation dengan teknik baloon blowing sebanyak 61 sampel yang memiliki saturasi oksigen ≤95%. Dan hasil pengukuran saturasi oksigen setelah pemberian terapi breathing relaxation dengan teknik baloon blowing sebanyak 45 sampel yang memiliki saturasi oksigen 95%-100%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan adanya pengaruh breathing relaxation dengan teknik ballon blowing terhadap perubahan saturasi oksigen pasien post COVID 19 di wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Legonkulon Kabupaten Subang. Terapi breathing relaxation ini diharapkan bisa diberikan tidak hanya kepada pasien post covid 19 saja melainkan kepada pasien yang memiliki riwayat penyakit pada saluran pernapasan lainnya seperti Asma, ISPA dan PPOK. This study aims to determine the characteristics of red chili consumers in Blitar Regency with criteria: based on age, gender, education, occupation, income, number of family members, price of red chili. The purpose of the next study is to find out how psychological, personal, social, and cultural factors are based on consumers' decisions in making demand for red chili. The research uses descriptive qualitative methods and quantitative methods. The population used is consumers who have made requests for red chili peppers and the technique used is Non Probabilitiy sampling with the Side Purposivve method. The results showed that independent variables showed that they were valid and reliable and had passed the classical assumption test. Furthermore, social variables have a significant effect on the demand for red pepper. Furthermore, psychological, social, and cultural variables have a significant simultaneous effect on the demand for red pepper.
